The rewards and benefits are based on Insert Spa Property Name offering Pevonia as a primary brand and other Pevonia International sub-brands within the spas. Pevonia Concept Spa Definition: A Pevonia Concept Spa upholds and acknowledges its eminent designation by exemplifying and encompassing superlative standards of excellence and prestige, and stellar education and training with the utmost professionalism in harmony with the Pevonia Botanica brand and image. Under this special partner category, Insert Spa Property Name is entitled to valuable benefits offered exclusively to prestigious partners that are eligible to be Pevonia Concept Spas.
Pevonia Concept Spa Rewards & Benefits I. Educational Support & Training: Pevonia's educational spectrum includes all aspects of training necessary for continued success including technical knowledge, business training, and advanced clinical studies. This extensive training program is divided in three key components; Initial Training, Continuing Training, and Specialty Workshops/ Seminars. Complimentary Initial Training:

Corporate Headquarter Seminars: Offered monthly/weekly at Pevonia East Coast & West Coast locations based on established training schedule. Regional Seminars: Optional seminars offered annually at varying top market locations subject to a secured number of attendees with a refundable attendee deposit with product purchase.
Trade Show Passes (access to classes): Based on availability, complimentary entry passes are provided to Insert Spa Property Name key players.
As a part of this program, a training assessment will be conducted and detailed training schedule will be mutually determined. For all on-site training at participating spa properties or Insert Spa Property Name, Pevonia will assume trainer fees and airfare costs (if any). Insert Spa Property Name must adhere to Pevonia’s Educator Policies & Procedures as presented in Exhibit C. 4. PHASE INVERSION TEMPERATURE (PIT) PROCESS
• Goal: Reduction of molecular size within the emulsions while maintaining the same constituents of the original molecule.
• A process that converts an emulsion into a Micro-emulsion. The manufacturing temperature starts at zero, slowly rising until between 70º and 75º. Then it is slowly cooled to 75º, at which one molecule is now many molecules, all possessing the same strength of the original (PIT).

Pevonia Concept Spa Pricing Rewards As a preferred partner, Pevonia will extend Insert Spa Property Name a courtesy discount of 10% on all Pevonia Botanica Products from the current Pevonia Spa/Salon Price list during the active term of this Addendum. In order to qualify for this discount, as well as the other benefits set forth in this Addendum, Insert Spa Property Name must continue to qualify as a Pevonia Concept Spa under the terms of Section II.
III. Overall Revenue Generation Strategies– Service and Retail In order to help Insert Spa Property Name increase overall revenue in the area of service and retail, Pevonia is pleased to offer Insert Spa Property Name assistance in the development and implementation of the following services: Pevonia's promotions program for increased retail sales Spa treatment specials for Insert Spa Property Name newsletter In-Spa Merchandising – assist in product selection and provide creative display merchandising options Pevonia's proprietary guest analysis protocol with proven effectiveness Pevonia’s proprietary and proven effective WE CARE selling strategy for increased retail sales VPG Team reward program based on Volume Per Guest. When set targets are achieved, therapists qualify for quarterly awards program (custom program details to be mutually determined). Pevonia is committed to assisting and strengthening Insert Spa Property Name spa business. Pevonia's superior service protocols, advanced educational programs, exceptional range of eco-friendly, efficacious, results-oriented professional treatments and home care (over 300 natural Paraben-Free botanical and marine based products with organic extracts and a collection of spa ambiance products), promotions, sampling system, and other leading strategies help to solidify the foundation for spa success.
Pevonia Concept Spa Qualifications: 1. A Pevonia Concept Spa must feature the Pevonia Botanica spa/skincare brand exclusively. Furthermore, the brand must be prominently displayed throughout the property (wherever spa is promoted) and spa traffic areas including spa displays, retail area, in-room, lounges, etc. 2. A Pevonia Concept Spa must be structured, designed, and equipped in a superlative manner and capable of operating at the highest level of service excellence and professionalism. 3. A Pevonia Concept Spa must be in “Good Standing” at all times, as defined by the following: Honoring this Addendum and the Agreement and all terms therein.
Upholding the image, quality, and reputation of the Pevonia Botanica brand and image.
Ensuring staff is properly trained and informed as to Pevonia Botanica Product knowledge, treatment protocols, branding policies and procedures. Refraining from making product or treatment promises or claims that are invalid, exaggerated or fabricated. Operating a premium full service spa facility and maintaining the spa premises with the highest standards of hygiene and luxury. Maintaining a superior spa image and high guest experience rating. Maintaining superior therapist and team skills, including ensuring that therapists have Pevonia Botanica training certification. Collaborating with Pevonia’s contracted public relations agency to encourage exposure via mutual public relations and media events. Ensuring key spa staff is properly trained in knowledgeably communicating with media including editors, journalists, beauty writers, celebrities and others, in the context of scheduled public relations and media events. 4. A two year engagement agreement must be signed prior to the initiation of this program; however, Pevonia's obligations under this Addendum will terminate immediately upon Partner’s breach of the requirements of this Addendum, including, without limitation, failure to be in “Good Standing" as set forth in Section II(3) above. 5. P artner is required (a) to have purchased at least net $12,500.00 of Pevonia Botanica Products in the immediately preceding fiscal quarter and (b) to have committed to purchase at least net $50,000.00 of Pevonia Botanica Products in any given year, in order for all of the pricing rewards, marketing and advertising rewards and all incentives and benefits described herein, to apply in any given fiscal quarter
