Infrastructure alliance Health, safety and wellbeing strategy Introduction The Infrastructure alliance is a strategic partnership between Thames Water, Agility (J. Murphy & Sons and Morrison Utility Services) and KCD (Kier Services Ltd and Clancy Docwra). The alliance has been established to deliver over £1 billion worth of water network improvements and developer services connections, to over nine million customers across London and the Thames Valley, during the AMP6 period. A more detailed introduction to the alliance complete with an explanation of its activities is contained within the joint venture partner contract management plan. The alliance is fully aligned with the existing vision of ‘zero incidents, zero harm, zero compromise. This strategy sets out our approach for managing health, safety and wellbeing within the alliance, and its supply community.
