Import Filter

Open With: EndNote.EXE, locate your library (if not already open) and select the correct filter to directly export the references. OR Save File: Click ‘OK’, then ‘Save’. Use the correct filter to import the references. NOTE: After importing citations using a filter, be sure to check the records to make sure all of the information transferred and was placed in the correct fields. Using EndNote filters is not a perfect method since vendors routinely change the file structure of their data. If you do not find the correct filter among those provided with your software, visit the EndNote filter download web page at http://www.endnote.com/support/enfilters.asp and browse for the correct filter. To download the filter, click the FTP link and save the file in the EndNote Filters (Programs>EndNote>Filters) folder. Last Update: 10/20//09 uh
