Product Overview

Citrix Receiver allows users to remotely connect to WCB applications via a secured connection. Users must have a RSA token (a key fob or software token (mobile phone app)) to log into the server. Once connected, clients have access to email, network shares, Microsoft Office, and more.

A System Access Request Form must be completed to be given access to Citrix. Approval for the cost of the token is also required.

This product can be used with a variety of browsers and operating systems. This document will walk through the recommended setup: Windows 7 and Internet Explorer. The Help Desk is able to provide best effort for other configurations. For MAC users there is a separate document to reference.
