All Custom Projects with Golden Fox Design are organized within an easy-to-use project management app that can be accessed on your computer or mobile device. Within the app you will have access to my questionnaires, next steps, tips/tutorials, etc. We will have an event calendar to help us stay on track with the project, and an editable to-do list. Inspiration photos can be shared, mock up designs will be loaded and reviewed within, we will be able to discuss revisions, questions, etc. all within the app and can set up notifications to your email and/or mobile phone when our project has been updated with a comment, photo, file, event, etc. Super easy to use, and super organized! Once payment is received and cleared I will send over an invite via email to our shared project. Within the app you will have access to the Questionnaires which I have designed specifically to get to know more about you, your business, style, target market, and your vision. Within the questionnaire, I will request that an inspiration board be created on Pinterest and filled with things that you love and speak your style. Please allow (2) business days for me to review your questionnaire, inspiration, and brainstorm ideas.

THE COMPLETE DESIGN EXPERIENCE: $1150 *most popular* • This package includes all custom packages below, and Facebook page design. To see what’s included, please refer to the “Custom Logo Package”, “Custom Brand Board, and Sub Mark Package”, “Custom 5 PC. Stationary Set and Business Card Package”, and the “Custom Website/Blog Package”. By bundling these packages, you are receiving a $175 discount opposed to purchasing each package separately. Please inquire if you have any questions, would like to build your own package bundle, or make customizations to this one.

CUSTOM LOGO AND WEBSITE/BLOG PACKAGE: $850 • Please refer to both the “Custom Logo Package” and “Custom Website/Blog Package” below to see what’s included in each. By bundling these two packages, you are receiving a $100 discount opposed to purchasing each package separately. Please inquire if you have any questions, would like to build your own package bundle, or make customizations to this one.

CUSTOM LOGO PACKAGE: $300 • Based on your questionnaire and your Pinterest board I will create a beautiful Color Palette and Inspirational Mood Board to ensure that we’re on the same page and have the style and color palette in place prior to moving forward. Once the Mood Board and Color Palette is finalized, I will get started on your Logo Concepts. You will receive 5-10 initial logo design concepts to choose from. Two revision rounds are included on the chosen concept. Generally that is all that’s needed when working with a quality designer, but if additional concepts or revisions are needed, they can be purchased separately for an additional fee. • Once the revisions are complete, I will finalize your logo and prepare your logo and watermark files. You will receive (1) .EPS file which is scaleable to any size without loosing clarity, (1) .JPG on a white background and (4) .PNG watermarks on a transparent background (color, black, gray, and white). *Please do not choose a designer if they cannot provide you with a REAL .EPS file, as this is the most important file that you can have for your logo! *Additional files can be purchased for an additional fee.

CUSTOM BRAND BOARD AND SUB MARK PACKAGE: $150 • Once your Primary Logo design is finalized, I will build a beautiful Brand Board which will include your Primary Logo, (2) Custom Sub Mark options, the Color Palette, (2) font recommendations, and (2) pattern files/recommendations. Two revision rounds are included, if additional revisions are needed, they can be purchased separately for an additional fee. • Once the revisions are complete, I will finalize your Brand Board, Sub Mark files, and any other brand elements you purchased. You will receive (1) .EPS file of your Sub Mark which is scaleable to any size without loosing clarity, (1) .JPG of your Sub Mark on a white background, (4) .PNG watermarks of your Sub Mark on a transparent background (color, black, gray, and white), (2) font recommendations, (2) pattern files, and up to (6) color codes for your color palette. *Please do not choose a designer if they cannot provide you with a REAL .EPS file, as this is the most important file that you can have for your logo! *If you’re interested in additional pieces to compliment your brand board such as brand design elements, signature, additional logo variations, patterns, etc, please inquire for add on pricing. The Sub Mark is included in this package, however, the logo variation is only provided as a preview for optional add on purchase. • You will receive the initial concept design, and two revision rounds are included. Generally that is all that’s needed when working with a quality designer, but if additional concepts or revisions are needed, they can be purchased separately for an additional fee. Once the revisions are complete, I will finalize your files and send them over via email. You will receive the high-resolution .JPG files, ready for print. I provide my print lab recommendation, however, you're welcome to use the print lab of your choice. You will also receive the layered and editable .PSD files so you can easily make changes in the future using Photoshop.

CUSTOM WEBSITE AND BLOG PACKAGE: $650 Your Website and Blog will be professionally designed and developed from the ground up to seamlessly match your brand, and built on the widely popular and user-friendly Wordpress platform. It’s essential that your website uniquely represents you and your business, attracts your target market, looks and feels professional, is SEOfriendly, responsive, and provides a user-friendly experience for your visitors. And in this day in age, it’s important that your website includes social media integration and is responsive (mobile, iPad, etc). I will work with you from beginning to end to design and develop exactly what you envision for your new website. I thoroughly explain and answer any and all questions you may have. No need to worry about installation, I handle all of the back end "technical stuff" for you and I teach you how to update and maintain your new website. Your website will be super easy to use — no coding or programming knowledge needed!

QUESTIONNAIRE: Once payment is received, I will send over an invite to our shared project where you will have access to the Web Questionnaire that I have designed specifically to get to know more about you, your business, style, target market, and your vision. Within the questionnaire, I will request that an inspiration board be created on Pinterest and filled with things that you love and speak your style. Please allow (2) business days for me to review your questionnaire, inspiration, and brainstorm ideas. We will also discuss photos and text content for your site. DESIGN: I will get started by designing your Website/Blog on my test server, which takes around two weeks and includes a beautifully designed home page, up to (8) interior pages such as bio, services, investment, testimonials, etc., (2) gallery pages to display your work/services/photographs, (1) contact page, (1) made-to-match BLOG with sidebar, and up to (3) sidebar widgets (such as search bar, categories, archives, etc). Additional interior pages, galleries, or sidebar widgets can be purchased for an additional fee, or you can easily do so upon site completion. REVIEW & REVISE: Once the design is complete, we will share our thoughts, ideas, revision requests, notes, etc. Once I’ve received your feedback on the design, I will proceed with the revisions. The initial design is provided for review, and two revision rounds are included. Generally that is all that’s needed when working with a quality designer but if additional revisions are needed, they can be purchased separately. LAUNCH: Once the revisions are complete and the design is approved, I will develop your new website onto your domain/server (a few business days) and send over your login info, tutorials, and other details pertaining to your new Website/Blog! Breathe…It’s time to show the world your beautiful new brand and website and gain confidence in your business, and web presence! LEARN: Never used WordPress or a Website? No problem! In choosing me as your designer/developer, I ensure that you know how to use your new Website and Blog. A thorough PDF tutorial + instructions are provided on how to add new pages, photos, galleries, blog, etc + 30 days of email support.
