BX1(D) Digital Weighing Indicator is the digital load cell version in the BX-Indicator family, specificly designed to be connected to Flintec RC3D load cells.

Application Modes 1. Weighing and Labeling You can print labels including header & footer, date, time, ticket number, alphanumeric data for two separate codes which can be defined by user freely, gross, tare and net weighing. BX2 terminal can print two different type of standard tickets including totalizing and customized ticket with barcode which are designed by user. 2. Dynamic Weighing It catches the weight of animals and moving objects on conveyors and transmits via serial port. It also applies for animal weighing. 3. Automatic Filling Automatic 2 speed filling either in gross mode or in net mode which the tare is taken automatically. 4. Peak Holding At tension tests detects the peak value and produces test print. 5. Classifying (Light-Normal-Heavy) Classifies the products with controlling nominal weight and tolerance values which entered before.

Model BX5 is a multi functional truck scale indicator can be used without a PC. However, if requested, it can be used with BAYKON Truck Scale Software. Up to 19.000 weighing records can be stored in BX5 memory. Up to 99 vehicle tare weight and 99 first weight records can be saved. It has 3 weighing modes: Standard weighing which 1st & 2nd weighings are executed, Weighing with preset vehicle tare which can be entered via keys or recalled from vehicle tare memory and Transit weighing which is only single weighing. 5 different reports are given such as daily, between two dates, between two ticket numbers, etc. BX5 can be connected directly to ticket printer, remote display and traffic lights.

BX5 Features Weighing modes: BX5 has 3 weighing modes: 1) Standard weighing 1st & 2nd weighings are executed in this mode. 1st weighing record is stored in BX 5 memory and 1st weighing code is produced. 1st weighing code is produced automatically as 2 characters by BX 5 or if requested, it is given as 6 numeric characters by the operator. 1st weighing memory capacity is 99 codes and multiple codes cannot be created. During 2nd weighing, 1st weight comes from memory automatically by entering related code, 2 nd weighing is executed and weight ticket is printed out. If requested, BX5 is programmed to print 1st weight ticket.

Powerful reporting BX5 has very flexible and practical report menu. Records for daily, between any 2 dates, between any 2 ticket numbers can be taken. On the reports, it is indicated if the vehicle is incoming or outgoing, if tare is entered manually and if the weighing is transit mode. Additionally, 1st weighed vehicle list and weighing totals for the vehicle in the vehicle memory can be reported.
