> Colliers was appointed by AM RED to advise them with the lease/sale of its plots and properties located on Schiphol Trade Park; > Lease to potential occupiers and sales to investors; > Schiphol Trade Park is located next to highway A4 and railway station Hoofddorp and has a direct connection with the airport.
> Renegotiation of cross dock space with additional offices and outdoor ground; > Colliers managed to arrange a 30% annual renting cost decrease for DPD; > Total area of 11,500 m2; > Premises located on the Cacaoweg 20 in Amsterdam.
> Colliers negotiated in the sale of a multifunctional semi-industrial building in Groot Bijgaarden consisting of 6 units; > The business park is good for a total surface of 5,410 m² warehouse and 1,250 m² offices on a plot of land of app. 9,739 m²; > The park was sold to Rennaissance NV Maccimmo NV.
> This industrial complex is located in Schoten, in the north of Antwerp, nearby the Albert Channel; > It consists of two buildings on a plot of land of 5,700 m²; > In 2014 the complex has been sold to Building Materials Van den Broeck; > Colliers guided the sale on the owner’s side.
