LEAD-FREE STATEMENT Lead-free laws that went into effect in January of 2014 require that any valve, fitting, or fixture coming in contact with potable water intended for human consumption must have a weighted average lead content of less than 0.25%. Murdock Manufacturing is dedicated to manufacturing and providing drinking fountains, hydrants, water coolers and bottle fillers that comply with all lead-free requirements.
