At the onset of the placement process in December 2013, with the Indian economy still under the shadow of an economic slowdown, a ‘hiring freeze’ was the signal given by many organizations. However, it was an extremely determined effort within the IGTC - to keep all negativity away and to allow for the magic of positive vibrations, coupled with a sincere, dedicated effort to strengthen each candidature - that ultimately paved the way for an extremely successful final recruitment process.
