1.3. Does VIU provide subtitles for all content? We have subtitles for the majority of our library and are constantly working on adding subtitles for more content. We provide you subtitles in:a) English b) Chinese c) Bahasa Malaysia

1.4. Can I download the content of VIU? VIU is a mix of free and premium content. You can download or stream all the free content and view it any time without subscription. The premium or paid downloaded content will be available to you only till the time you have a valid subscription.

1.5. How many devices can share this account? You can connect up to a MAXIMUM of 5 devices per VIU account.

1.6. Can I watch VIU when I am offline? Yes, you can watch all your downloaded videos on VIU even when you are offline.

1.7. Can I watch VIU via HyppTV set-top-box? Not at the moment, but will be available soon.

2. Download and Activation of VIU Application 2.1. Download VIU application 2.1.1. Where can I download the VIU application? You can download the app from the Google play store and also access the Desktop / Mobile site at www.viu.com

2.2. Service Activation VIU 2.2.1.1.

Who will be entitled to get this offer? This offering is applicable for all new and existing UniFi & Streamyx (4Mbps & 8Mbps) customers.

What is the start and end date of this offer? This offer will be starting from 15th March 2016 – 30th June 2016. Sign up any time between the periods to enjoy the 3-months for FREE. (For iOS user, registration must be via internet browser)

Do I have to pay for this offer? No, you do not have to pay for this offer. Plus there are no hidden charges. As long as you are a UniFi or Streamyx (4Mbps or 8Mbps) subscriber, you will get 3months for FREE subscription to VIU made possible by TM.

How do I subscribe for this offer? TM customers will need to download the VIU application from App Store and Google Play Store, and can be viewed on smart phones, tablets and laptops (www.viu.com)

For first time registration, TM customers have to connect to TM broadband access at home, and sign up to the service when prompted via a pop-up. Once the login is succesful, they will enjoy complimentary access to VIU content on their smartphone, tablet or PC anywhere for the period of 3 months.

After the complimentary access ended, TM customers have the option to opt-in their subscription.

How do I get my VIU login ID and password? For first time login, you need to register through your email, Facebook or Google Plus account in order for you to get your login ID and password.

How do I activate and start watching VIU? You just need to login using your registered email, Facebook or Google Plus account.

2.2.1.7.

What should I do if I forgot my ID/password? Follow simple step as below:a)

Click ‘Forgot Password’

b) Key in your registered email and click ‘Submit’ c)

It will prompt message ‘You’ll get a link in your email with instruction to reset password’ and click ‘Reset Password’

d) Check your email and click on the link given

3. Content Information 3.1. VIU offering 3.1.1.

What are the offering(s) of VIU? VIU offered Video On Demand latest Korean dramas and variety shows, Japanese dramas and animation, and Chinese and Taiwanese dramas for 3-months complimentary to all UniFi and Streamyx (4Mbps & 8Mbps) customers.

3.1.2. What is the difference between VIU and HyppTV VOD? HyppTV offers the current and latest blockbuster movies straight from the cinemas to you (TV and mobile devices). Selected movies are available in 3D. VIU on the other hand offers thousands of hours of TV Shows & Movies. Watch on your smart phones, laptops, & tablets. You can even download & watch offline!

3.1.3. I received a promo code during subscription to UniFi PRO Plan. How to use the promo code?

You can only use the promo code once after completion of your 3-months free trial (for all UniFi and Streamyx (4Mbps & 8Mbps)) or 1-month free trial (for non-TM subscribers).

4. Payment Method 4.1. What is the payment method for me to subscribe VIU?

Starting 15th March 2016 – 15th June 2016 all UniFi & Streamyx (4Mbps & 8Mbps) customers can enjoy VIU for FREE for three months. g. Promotional code 4.2 How much does VIU subscription cost? Cost of subscription is RM 10 per month in Malaysia. 4.3 What is a promo code? Participate in our promotional events to win promotional codes or promo codes, which you can use to avail a free subscription to VIU. Each promo code is valid for a limited period, so make sure you do not miss out on our exciting offers. 4.4 How do I redeem a promo code? You can redeem the promo code by subscribing to the app and proceeding with the “Promo Code” option in the payment type section. Enter the code and enjoy your subscription.

5. Services Termination 5.1. How to terminate my VIU account/subscription? You do not need to terminate your VIU account or subscription as you will enjoy the FREE viewing for 3months. After the complimentary access ended, TM customers have the option to opt-in their subscription.
