KORRA (Korea Reproduction and Transmission Rights Association) is the organisation which manages to mandate reproduction and transmission of copyrighted works on behalf of the copyright owners. In addition, the association acts as a bridge between the copyright owners and the users by collecting and distributing fees under the Collective Management System. Since established in 2000, the association is endeavoring to increase public understanding of copyright while hosting a series of seminars and workshops in Korea. With this continuous challenge, KORRA has set a firm milestone in the Korean copyright industry. Currently, the association is taking an important step toward the world to manage copyright efficiently by reaching the bilateral agreements. With this effort, KORRA will contribute to the development of culture.
