Simulations First, learners will take a set of simulators that contain content that is specific to their role. These simulators provide the foundational knowledge the learner needs about iCARE/iConnect to perform their job. Instructor-Led Training (ILT) Next, the learners will attend instructor-led training. This training is designed to complement the simulators by covering topics in addition to the simulated learning. The contents are either brand new to the learner, incorporates a device, or addresses content that is especially complex. Role-Based Practicum After the learner completes both the simulated and instructor-led training, they will take a final test to demonstrate the understanding of material covered in both the simulator and instructor-led training. Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) and Job Aids QRGs and job aids that were derived from both the simulators and the ILTs will be available for learners to reference during the go live process.
