Deposit Requirements Upon selecting Mantra Legends Hotel for your Wedding, a deposit equal to 20% of the estimated cost will be required within 7 days to confirm your booking.

Ceremony Package Be swept away by romance at your Wedding Ceremony on our beautiful outdoor Garden Terrace surrounded by landscaped gardens and lush lawns or our Undercover Pool View Terrace. Our Wedding Ceremony Package is $575.00 and includes Garden Terrace, or Pool View Terrace Hire, table clothed and skirted with two chairs for the signing of your Bridal Register, red carpet, 20 guest chairs with chair covers and colour sash of your choice, portable PA system and CD player. Upgrade you package to include a glass of sparkling wine for a congratulatory toast for an additional $6.00 per person. Your dedicated Wedding Coordinator can also assist in arranging Floral and Balloon Decorations, Quartet, Harpist or Singer, Civil Celebrant, Wedding Arch, Marquee or anything else your heart desires for your special day. The ideal Wedding Photo backdrop can be found in various locations around Mantra Legends Hotel from the landscaped gardens through to our outdoor pool, sunny terrace, spacious Lobby and winding staircase. Cold Canapés Prawn cocktail served in glass with tangy sauce and brandy. Roasted Mediterranean vegetables with Persian feta in a tartlet shell. Roasted scallops served with peppered avocados. Roasted beef tenderloins dressed with horse radish dressing in pastry pillows and rocket. Chicken pieces served with mangos and a light curry mayonnaise. Seared Thai beef salad with coriander, beans, chilli, mint and lime. Garlic roasted Turkish bread with pepper dip and olive oil. Smoked chicken with apples, celery and almonds. Chorizo with roasted mushroom in balsamic. Fresh tuna sashimi on sugared rice with wasabi and ginger pickles. Peaking duck rolled in a thin pastry with hosin sauce. Smoked salmon on toasted French stick with dill, onion and capers. Homemade pancake rolled with smoked salmon, cream fraiche and red caviar.

Buffet Cold Classic Caesar salad with chicken, toasted sour dough croutons, poached eggs, parmesan and anchovies tossed with a garlic dressing. Mediterranean salad with tomatoes, capsicum, olives, Spanish onions and feta tossed in a roasted tomato dressing. Asian potato salad with steamed chicken dressed with green onion, chilli, coriander and a peanut oil pesto. Roasted peppers, grilled artichokes served with balsamic glaze and semi dried tomatoes. Honey glazed butternut pumpkin in a rocket, pickle, lemon and pine nut salad. Platter of roast turkey served with homemade cranberry chutney and asparagus. Smoked salmon platter with basil oil, sour cream and dill. Platter of pastrami with a homemade vegetable pickle. Hot Caramelised sweet pork belly served with rustic cut sage tossed pasta. Shiraz marinated beef tenderloin raga, flavoured with field mushrooms and baby onion. Vodka infused chicken thigh fillets on ham and pea risotto with a sherry glaze. Braised Tasmanian salmon with fennel mousse and a seafood reduction bourrée rouge. Confit of duck on a saffron potato bake with raspberry wine jus.

Desserts Layers of dark and white chocolate mousse with Armagnac cream. Strawberry shortcake. Homemade mango pana cotta served with a mango liqueur. Baked vanilla cream Brule with grilled peaches. Sticky date and nut pudding served with a brandy caramel sauce. Strawberry and Campari truffle layered with jelly, cream Chantilly and custard. n.b. all menu items subject to change

Set Menu options Entree Caramelized Bangalow sweet pork belly with pineapple relish and grilled prawns. Grilled apples with smoked salmon caviar, whipped cream and chives and micro herbs. Char grilled vegetables with Persian fetta and roasted peppers with garlic toasted Turkish bread. Roasted fresh salmon nicoise salad with green beans, cherry tomatoes and olives, Spanish onion topped with crispy prosciutto. Spicy chicken and coconut broth with steamed pork and brown dim sums, coriander chilli. Ravioli of vegetables and nut in spicy tomato fondue with speared scallops and roasted bacon. Smoked chicken salad with apples and Vietnamese pesto roasted nuts. Roasted pears wrapped with air dried Spanish jamon Serrano with mascarpone, cranberry chutney and balsamic glaze. Prawn salad on a mango coulis with chilli, lime, garlic and mint topped with mayonnaise and avocado. Mains Pan fried snapper fillet with sautéed new potatoes, crispy chorizo and aubergine caviar corralled by a red pepper puree olive oil. Roasted lamb marinated with rosemary, garlic and chilli on sweet potato mash and red currant sauce. Grilled aged Angus beef tenderloin aromatic herbs on truffle mash and red wine sauce.
