Please check with your bank to issuing LC for Iranian banks, Performa Invoice will be issue with Euro currency and international exchange rate is acceptable with both party the reference site of changing the currency will be www.xe.com , if you have problem we can accept LC in Malaysia, U.A.E & Kuwait and accept USD currency Partial shipment : Allowed Trans shipment: Allowed First Shipment : Min 1000 MT within 45 days after received full payment Port of Loading: Bandar Abbas – Iran ( Persian Gulf) Origin: Iran Inspection: by SGS or other esteem international companies in port of loading is acceptable by Seller cost Bulk Bitumen: While we have limited possibilities to provide Bulk Vessels , we have no limitation to provide Bulk Bitumen on FOB basis if you/your customer’s are capable to arrange the Bulk Vessel. Please do not ask for CIF /CFR Bulk Bitumen in future. Specification of the port of Loading: ¾ Port of Loading : Bandar Abbas – Iran (Persian Gulf) The draft restriction for the Vessel at the port is Seven Meter ( 7 M) Loading rate in Bandar Abbas is 150 MT/Hour Maximum capacity of Vessel should be 5,000 MT Quantity available depend on your Vessel , maximum 5,000 in each shipment . ١

9 Note: 9 The Iranian refineries regularly produce bitumen grade 60/70 , others grades are considered as special orders , with prior arrangements. 9 Although prices are announced officially on weekly basis (every Tuesday) but they are subject to changes without notice depending on market movement. as you know Bitumen price depend on Crude Oil price, Supply and Demand , Bitumen worldwide price,… therefore always confirm price before placing your orders . 9 please be informed our prices are Non-Negotiable and include broker’s commission, 9 If you are a broker, we are ready to sign NCND agreement and issue certificate Commission for you, this commission will be paid 5 days after realize LC. Please do not send the inquiry from another broker in order to save the time. 9 This is not a Full Corporate offer ( FCO) , to receive a FCO and draft contract you first need to send us a valid LOI and BCL 9 Past BL & SGS report are available we will send you after receive LOI 9 Letter of Intent (LOI) 9 Freshly dated ( not older than three working days) 9 The format must be only PDF file 9 The letterhead is genuine , check for any signs of cut and paste or scan and edit, in the letterhead , we need complete company name , address , phone No., fax No. and email address 9 We need the quantity m duration, destination port, price idea, specification, origin and banking detail , LOI must be soft probe . 9 The documents must be signed and stamped by CEO/MD/GM

Procedure: 9 Buyer Issue fresh LOI 9 Seller Issue FCO 9 Buyer issue ICPO with full banking details and Soft Probe authorization from prime world top bank. 9 Seller and Buyer sign and seal contract and register the contract in their respective banks. 9 The buyer’s bank issue Non-operative Irrevocable and Confirmed LC payable 100 % at Sight to cover total value of this contract to be issued or confirmed by a top Prime World Bank. 9 Seller Bank issues Two Per centum (2%) PBG to the Buyer’s Bank 9 Buyer’s bank activates LC automatically. 9 Shipment will commence according to conditions of the contract and according to agreed schedule.
