Health Services Professional Advisory Committee (HS PAC): Liaison Subcommittee In an effort to carry out this mission, the HS PAC Liaison Subcommittee solicited volunteers throughout the Health Services Category, resulting in an extremely diversified representation of officers to serve as “Project Leads”. Each Project Lead is assigned to 1 of the 10 Professional Advisory Groups (PAGs) to provide support, guidance, and coordination between the PAGs, Annual Goals, and the HS PAC. Based on outcome analysis of the annual goals that were submitted by the PAGs in January 2015, it was identified that in addition to the Project Lead support 1:1 for the PAGs, 4 major trends or themes were identified across the PAGs in which each of these trends or themes were assigned a Project Lead to coordinate and collaborate between the 10 PAGs specifically to streamline and coordinate these designated areas. The 4 areas identified are as follows: Recruitment & Retention Policy & By-Laws Awards Mentoring
