When you’re ready for them to begin, the tough part won’t be deciding who you can bring or what you can pack, it’ll be figuring out where to go next. The HR-V combines the look and feel of a car with the comfort, space and versatility of a small SUV. Going on a road trip or moving something big? The HR-V’s class-leading cargo space1 makes everything you bring seem a little smaller. When you hit the road, you’ll drive a little easier knowing that its available Real Time AWD™ is engineered to automatically engage when you need it. Combine its available continuously variable transmission (CVT) with available paddle shifters and you get a vehicle that loves highways, the city, the country and pretty much anywhere you want to go, but is still fuel-conscious. It gets fuel economy ratings of as low as 8.3/6.7/7.6 L/100 km2 (City/Highway/Combined; CVT FWD trims). Utility Mode Say goodbye to buyer’s remorse when you don’t have to return something you bought because it won’t fit. When the seats are down, utility mode gives you up to 1,665 litres of cargo space (LX FWD and EX FWD trims) to pack just about anything you might need to move.

Whether it’s rainy, icy, sleety or sunny, the system is engineered to sense loss of traction and transfer power to the rear wheels. Under the hood, the HR-V’s engine delivers power with the tap of your foot to help you enjoy a very responsive drive inbetween ‘A’ to ‘B’. If you love shifting gears, its 6-speed manual transmission (MT) is for you. HondaLink™ Assist Automatic Emergency Response System The HondaLink Assist Automatic Emergency Response System1,2,3 helps you get the help you need when you need it most. If the airbags deploy, your Display Audio System1 is engineered to automatically attempt to put you on a call with an operator who will forward your location to first responders if needed. It works with any compatible Bluetooth® -paired phone as long as it has reception, does not require a subscription and gives you peace of mind while you’re on the road. Pedestrian safety Innovative pedestrian safety features include an energy-absorbing hood and front fenders and deformable wiper pivots.

Six standard airbags The cabin of the HR-V contains six standard airbags. It features dual-stage, multiple-threshold front airbags as well as side curtain airbags with rollover sensor system, which are designed to deploy the side curtain airbags in the event of a rollover. Plus, it has Smartvent™ side airbags, which are designed to deploy safely in a manner that mitigates the risk of injury to out-ofposition or smaller occupants.
