A Holistic Approach to Designing Employee Experience Much as designing customer experience has dominated the thinking of companies competing in today’s digital environment, organizations are now reexamining the employee experience. ATB recognized that in order to provide superior customer service they must focus on their team members that serve those customers. Using Leadership Development to Build a Coaching Culture for Competitive Advantage Attracting, retaining and developing a cadre of high-performing millennial employees in a professional services business takes courage. At Grant Thornton it started with a deliberate “culture journey” intended to engage everyone in an effort to strengthen the nearly, 100-year old firm’s culture.
