HP PPS BUSINESS NAMING CONVENTIONS Every HP PPS file will be named with the following information. AGENCY: From the agency side, during the upload process, each agency will use its own unique project/docket #, completely at the agency’s discretion, prefaced with the agency initials (in EGs case, agency and location, ie. EGSG112233_ for E-Graphics Singapore). This ID #, is a place holder for the Campaign ID, until the APRIMO System rolls out during 2HFY14. The rest of our agreed upon naming convention will be followed as referenced below. HP: Needs to provide the proper metadata to the agencies including product family, asset type, Big Hit names and sku number (when available) so that BBDO for example can include that during upload. EXAMPLE: If BBDOcreates an online banner for consumer printers for France that is revised 3 times the naming convention would likely read: BB12345_CON_PRT_OnlineBanner_FR-FR_v3_10-31-13 • HP PPS SUB-BUSINESS UNITS: 1. *Notes A: This list is by no means representative of every tactic known, new tactics can be added as the need arises, and the list will evolve and grow B: If multiple Inserts, Letters, etc. are within the same campaign that don’t have specific identifiers such as Channel Partner, etc., then designate with a 1, 2, 3, etc. i.e. Insert1, Insert2, Insert3 C: For any and all assets that are Sales Enablement, add the word “Sales” before the tactic – i.e. SalesPostcard D: If there are multiple waves of a campaign in one folder – i.e.: Teaser and Reveal, please add that information to the description field, not the file name E: Please do not use special characters in your campaign names. This causes the search to fail.

SAMPLE: Naming Convention – during rounds of review: EG313963_LETTER_EN-US_v2_4-13-10.indd 313963 (HP Asset Hub ID) EG (sub client business unit) Letter (tactic) EN-US (country-language) v2 (version) 4-13-10 (date of last revision to document) .indd (file type format) Naming Convention – FINAL tactic uploaded to HP ASSET HUB: EG313963_LETTER_EN-US.indd 313963 (HP Asset Hub ID) EG (sub client business unit) LETTER (tactic) EN-US (country-language) .indd (file type format) EXCEPTIONS: If the campaign is co-marketed or channel partner, add _CO_ after the asset type. If the tactic is meant for HP’s internal Campaign Central, then add _CC_ after the asset type. If there is a specific co-marketing brand—INTEL, AMD, FrontLine Partner, VMware, Microsoft—it is added before the language indicator to separate two of the same type of tactic. EXAMPLES: Intel Example: AMD Example: Channel Example: Channel-Intel Example: Channel-AMD Example: EIAB-Channel-Intel Example: EIAB-Channel-AMD Example: VMware Example: Microsoft Example: FrontLine Partner Example:

EIAB will always come first, followed by IB or COMP (if any), followed by CO if there is a Channel Partner version, followed by the specific brand identifier if any last. INTEL NOTE: When using the corporate Intel logo on tactics, there is no need to call out INTEL in the file naming, only use INTEL when a specific processor logo is used within the design.
