Enterprise and Entrepreneurship Qualification Overview At Award level, there are two mandatory units which focus on preparing for the personal and practical challenges of starting a business and assessing the viability of the learner’s business idea. Coaching and Mentoring Qualification Overview There are three mandatory units in each qualification. The first unit, “Understanding the skills, principles and practice of effective management coaching and mentoring” aims to enables learners to understand the role and contribution of coaching and mentoring, and build a business case. The second unit, “Reviewing own ability as a management coach or mentor” aims to give learners the ability to critically review their own personal qualities, skills and competence. Learners are required to demonstrate their ability to plan, deliver and review at least 12 hours of coaching and mentoring in the workplace.

The Certificate and Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring are ideal qualifications for managers with significant responsibility for coaching and mentoring as part of their day-to-day role. Executive Coaching and Mentoring Qualification Overview There are three mandatory units in each qualification. The first unit, “Understanding the context of coaching and mentoring in a strategic business environment” aims to enable learners to critically review the role and contribution of coaching and mentoring at a senior level. The unit, “Reviewing own ability as a management coach or mentor” will give learners the tools and techniques to review and improve their own practise, and understand how the client’s organisation culture and structure affects the coaching and mentoring relationships. Learner are required to demonstrate their ability to plan, deliver and review at least 20 hours of coaching and mentoring in their workplace.

Booking Terms and Conditions Fees Where fees have been agreed – for a local or international delegate – full payment must be made at least 7 days before the start of the course. Fees include all training costs, course materials and refreshments. No booking will be confirmed if the payment has not cleared; only banker drafts and/or bank transfers are accepted payment methods. Accommodation is not included in the course fees, it is the delegate’s responsibility to make their own arrangement but Novel Logics can assist to secure accommodation bookings – at the delegate’s expense – through its network of partners. VAT Government officials and public servants who register for training courses are exempted from Value Added Taxation in accordance with the regulation of October 1993. Rebooking We accept rebooking or postponements providing the delegate is to attend their original booking. Transfers Delegates are permitted to transfer from one course to another providing time and space conditions are allowed. Only one request is permitted. Cancellations All cancellations must be made in writing. Processing will take about 30 days and a 20% administration fee will be retained from the original payment. Course Documentation Delegates will be provided course materials such as self-contained folders containing the course/unit learning and teaching data. Assessment information will also be provided and assessments will be carried for delegates who complete their course. Visas Arrangements for visa (if required) are the delegate’s responsibility.
