3. According to the voltage used by customer •

The index voltage of HEATER10~~HEATER35 is 220V. Customer also can select the HEATER with nonstandard voltage and frequence, the voltage scope is from 110V to 240V, the frequence can be 50HZ or 60HZ. For example: the customer require the Heater used under 115V/60HZ, we provide HEATER10-115V-60HZ。



The index voltage of HEATER150~~HEATER3000 is 380V. Customer also can select the HEATER with nonstandard voltage and frequence, the voltage scope is from 200V to 600V, the frequence can be 50HZ or 60HZ. For example: the customer require the Heater used under 460V/60HZ, we provide HEATER150-460V-60HZ

If the customer needs HEATER for big parts, we can supply tailor-made one, the customer only needs to provide the dimension and the weight of the work piece. HEATER300 can be made in mobile style, its description is: HEATER300.TROLLEY , its image as the photo shown The accessory of the sensor, its SAP.Mat.no 60671196

The heating up temperature of HEATER10 and HEATER20 is from +50℃ to+240℃, The heating up temperature of HEATER35~~HEATER3000 is from +50℃ to+400℃,(the highest heating temperature for bearing should be not more than +120℃) The dimension of the selected heating ledge should be close to the bore diameter of the work piece, so the efficiency can be guaranteed.

Advantage of FAG Heater •

Compared with our famous competitor: the heating place of work piece is far away from heater's control panel, so during the heating process, the oil dropping from the work piece will not damage the control panel, which will reduce the accident rate. Our competitor has an universal heater, and it will take a long time to heat the big work piece for its heating ledge is too slim, so the working efficiency is low.



Compared with another famous competitor: the customer can select, mount and dismount the heating ledge, while our competitor can not. It means our Heater have better cost efficiency and it is convenient for customer usage.
