Use this guide to learn how to: Download software View product keys Add or remove users and manage their access to downloads, keys, training, and your license statement* - Administrator Manage your preferences for digital and physical media (DVDs) - Administrator *License statement available in August, 2009.
Download Software Microsoft Gold Certified and Certified Partner - Once you have been assigned access privileges by your Microsoft Partner Program Local or Global administrator, you can begin downloading software for the following license-use rights:
Internal business Demonstration Training
You can view product keys for development and test license-use rights from the MSDN site, here. You can view product keys for evaluation license-use rights from the TechNet site, here. MAPS: Once you have been assigned access privileges by your Microsoft Partner Program Local or Global administrator, you can begin downloading all of your license-use rights software. Important notes:
We recommend that you use the Download Manager, which allows you to easily pause, resume, and stop the download process. You can help reduce our carbon footprint by saving files to your desktop or company network instead of burning to a disc. For more information, please view file formats in the tool FAQs here. If you are using Internet Explorer 6 or 7, the Web Browser software download option will not be available for large file downloads.

For information regarding software or product keys, please refer to Special Instructions section in the Confirm Settings and Download window. Partners can download software multiple times. However, the Microsoft Partner Program tool for digitally downloading software is not intended to replace internal distribution mechanisms for partners. Microsoft encourages partners to download once and distribute internally.
Microsoft Gold Certified and Certified Partners, and MAPS - Follow these steps to download your software: 1. Sign into your local Microsoft Partner Program portal using a Windows Live ID. 2. Click on the download site from here. 3. At the download site, select your organization from the drop down, which is located next to Filter by Organization. 4. Under the Downloads header, click on Find downloads. Get the software you need, right now.

5. Click on the software that you would like to download.
6. Select your preferences for product language, operating system, and connection speed. 7. Click on Continue Download.

8. Confirm settings and click on Download based on your preference for the Download Manager or Web Browser.
9. Run or save file to your desktop or company network. If you download your software using the Download Manager, please do the following to install the Download Manager: 1. Click on Install if prompted to install Active X Control.

2. Save the Download Manager to complete the installation.
View Product Keys Microsoft Gold Certified and Certified Partner - Once you have been assigned access privileges by your Microsoft Partner Program Local or Global administrator, you can view your product keys for the following license-use rights:

5. View your list of product keys.
Add or remove users and manage their access to downloads, keys, training, and your license statement. As a Microsoft Partner Program Local or Global administrator, you’ll be able to assign privileges from the list of individuals who are associated to your location. Important Notes:
Changes to access privileges take effect immediately. Individuals receive an e-mail notification from the Microsoft Partner Program informing them of the status of their access privileges. No more than three individuals for a location can be assigned download privileges. You won’t be eligible for a refund after you’ve accessed the download site.

Please follow these steps to manage privileges: 1. Click on Assign Privileges from the Requirements and Assets menu.
2. Assign or remove access privileges by selecting or de-selecting the privilege assignment box. 3. Click Submit.

Individuals within your organization can view who has access privileges by following these steps: 1. Click on Your Individual Account Page from the Administration menu.
2. View privileges. If you have been assigned a privilege, click on one of the links to gain access.

Manage your preferences for digital and physical media (DVDs). Microsoft Gold Certified and Certified Partners, and MAPS - You can to elect to receive physical discs at enrollment, re-enrollment, or at any time during your membership year. Once you begin receiving physical discs, you’re next opportunity to elect to receive only software download is during your re-enrollment. Important note:
If you order physical discs, you’ll continue to have access to software download.
Microsoft Gold Certified and Certified Partner - When enrolling or re-enrolling, you can order physical media by following these steps: 1.
Click on New Orders from the Orders and Benefits menu.
2. Click on the checkbox for the Physical Media sku, and click on Next.

3. Confirm Item Details and Shipping Details, and click on Next.

7. Review order confirmation and print page for your records.
MAPS: When enrolling or re-enrolling, you can order physical media by following these steps: 1. Click on Additional Enrollment Summary from the Orders and Benefits menu.

2. Click on Here from the Enrollment or Re-enrollment tab.
3. Click on Buy Now for the Download + DVD sku.

4. Enter shipping address information. Click on Use this shipping address as your billing address, and click on Continue.

6. Confirm invoice information, agree to MSPP terms and conditions, and click on Place Order.

7. Print receipt for your records.

If you order physical discs during your membership, you’ll be charged a pro-rated fee based on the remaining content you receive.

Follow these steps to change your preference to physical shipments: 1. Click on Review Software Benefits from the Orders & Benefits menu.
2. Click on Order Now under the Possible Actions header.
3. Check the box to select the location for which you’d like to place your order, and click on Select Locations or Select All Locations.
