Brad Wolf, Director – Berkeley Research Group He is a Metallurgical Engineering graduate of Lehigh University with over 35 years of international steel industry experience with steel manufactures, engineering contractors and as a consultant, spanning the production of steel from iron ore mining to finishing. He was directly involved in the technology transfer, engineering and construction of many steel plants in North & South America, the Middle East and India including revamps and green field facilities for Pellet Plants, Coke Ovens, Blast Furnaces, Melt Shops, Continuous Casters, Rolling Mills, Process Lines, Mini Mills and DRI plants. He served as the technical consultant for the federal guaranteed Emergency Steel Loan Board program independently valuing the steel plant collateral assets for several loan applications. He now consults internationally throughout the industry. Recently he has been active in the construction of a new integrated mill in Brazil. He has due diligence experience in exploring synergies and value in restructuring, turnarounds, joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions in the industry. Brad is active in American Iron & Steel Institute.

Khaled Al-Hajeri – The Steelmaking Processes Technical Marketing Director – SABIC Khaled attended the Engineering School in King Saud University, Saudi and graduated with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1993.

He earned a MS degree in Metallurgy from University of Sheffield, UK, in 1999 and a PhD degree in Material Science and Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, USA, in 2005. He joined Saudi Basic Industrial Corporation (SABIC) Metals Technology Department on 1996 as a researcher. He became a senior researcher in steels processing field in 2007. He has 17 years of experience in steel rolling for hot and cold applications. His research interests focuses in Physical metallurgy of microalloyed and HSLA steels and Microstructure-property relations in API steels for pipeline industry.

In 2009, he became a technical marketing Director in SABIC Metals Strategic Business Unit (SBU).

Gorkem Bolaca, Director – Tat Metal After receiving his master's degree in Management of Business Administration in 2002 from La Salle University - Philadelphia, Gorkem worked as a Business Analyst for a multinational pipe and glass manufacturer; Saint Gobain – Philadelphia. In 2003, he started to work in the stock market at SEI Investments (A Fortune 500 Company in US). By 2005 right after he returned to Turkey, Mr. Bolaca started to work for Tezcan Galvanized steel mill and was responsible for the whole sales towards Europe, CIS and North American regions. In 2010, Mr. Bolaca joined LN Metals International in London to manage the steel division. LN Metals is an international trading company with an annual turnover of 300 million USD. The company supplies both ferrous and nonferrous metals through offices in England, China and in Brazil and also holds steel stocks mainly in EU and in South America. In 2012 August, Mr. Bolaca joined TAT METAL as a Director of Foreign Trade and relations. TAT METAL is one of the main flat steel producer in Turkey that has ongoing investments to expand furthermore. TAT Metal mainly exports to EU, CIS and to Middle East. With his participation, the company has also established its international trading division and continues to work as an international trading house as well. Besides participating in international steel conferences as a speaker, Mr. Bolaca also gives lectures in international trading at special education programs for steel executives and consultation for investors time to time.

Martin Evans – Price Risk Management Martin Evans, Director of Metals Products – CME Group Martin specializes in derivatives for the ferrous, base and precious metals markets.

He is responsible for the global development and commercialization of CME Group’s Virtual Steel Mill (VSM) where raw materials, semi-finished and finished steel financial products can all be used to manage price risk without disadvantaging other parties in the steel supply chain. The Virtual Steel Mill suite of derivatives contracts includes exchange-traded and cleared contracts for all ferrous metals in the steel supply chain, from raw materials to finished steel products. Martin has been involved in the metals markets for more than a decade.

He was Head of Analytics at the London Metal Exchange before joining CME Group and prior to that he worked as a Senior Consultant on Nickel and Specialty Steels at CRU. Martin began his career in Canada working in the Specialty Products Division of Inco Limited.
