Nuestra misión es que usted se despreocupe de todo el proceso de trámites de transportación, despacho aduanal y entrega en su stand de su material de exhibición para que se pueda concentrar en el objetivo primordial de su participación en el evento. Sólo le pedimos seguir las siguientes instrucciones:

Los documentos que se requieren para liberar aduanalmente un embarque son: Factura comercial con valor unitario, valor total y descripción completa del artículo. ES IMPORTANTE SE DECLAREN TODOS LOS PRODUCTOS, DE LO CONTRARIO PUEDE RETRASAR EL DESPACHO ADUANAL. Guía aérea, talón de embarque o BL EXPRESS que ampare el envío de su material a cualquiera de los siguientes puntos de consolidación:

Los envíos por mensajería menores a 50 Kg, se aplicará una tarifa especial de entrega. Mensajerías mayores a los 50 kg (real o volumen serán facturados por un cargo min de 3 m3 de acuerdo a nuestra tarifa oficial. Embarques que se recojan en las mensajerías, se aplicara la tarifa aérea de recolección.

For courier shipments under 50kg. a special rate for small shipments will be applied. Shipments over 50 kg. (real or volumetric weight) will be charged with a minimum of 3cbm as per our tariff. Shipments collected from the courier facilities the airfreight rate will be applied.

Por regulaciones internacionales, todos los productos hechos de madera (cajas, pallets, etc) deberán de ser fumigados de acuerdo a las normas internacionales mismas que deberán de traer certificados de fumigación o sellados indicando el tipo de fumigación ya sea con Methyl Bromide (MB) o sometida a un tratamiento especifico de calor (HT). . La mercancía o embalaje que contenga madera deberán llevar el siguiente marcado:

As per International regulations all wooden products must be fumigated (crates, pallets, etc) and they must have the fumigation certificate or stamped with the fumigation method either with Methyl Bromide (MB) or a heat specific treatment (HT).
