Since our last communications on August 5, we have made a number of milestones in relation to the travel trade. Today we have found a total of 42 wholesalers throughout the region who have helped to drive visitors to Hong Kong Disneyland. A copy of our wholesalers list is attached for your reference. We are also pleased to introduce a new in-town ticket office for your convenience – the Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Express at the MTR Hong Kong Station, Tung Chung Line Concourse. Starting from August 16, you can take advantage of the services being offered by the Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Express: §
Last minute guest requests for more park tickets can be fulfilled for either the same day or up to 90 days in advance, subject to ticket availability.

The Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Express will become a centrally located in-town ticket collection point for you to obtain group tickets you have previously booked via our Group Sales Office before your group boards the MTR – the fastest most efficient way to reach of Hong Kong Disneyland.
The Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Express will open daily from 9am to 9pm (Hong Kong time) and will accept payment in Hong Kong dollars and Reminbi. VISA and other credit cards are also accepted. We have attached a summary of all our distribution channel details for Park tickets and hotels reservations for your reference. Bona fide agents are entitled to a discount of HK$10 for adult tickets and HK$5 for children and senior tickets Hong Kong Disneyland Group Sales Office operates daily from 9am to 6pm (Hong Kong time). A group discount is only available on Regular Days. For more details about Regular Days, please visit www.hongkongdisneyland.com Tickets must be sold at face value. Group discounts are not applicable to purchases of 24 Park tickets or below. The purchase of 24 Park tickets or below can be processed at Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Express; www.hongkongdisneyland.com; or at the Park’s Main Entrance ticket windows on the day of visit but subject to ticket availability. Picking up of group tickets at the Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Express or at Main Entrance by showing the Group Confirmation Letter two days after confirmation with Hong Kong Disneyland Group Sales Office on the pre-assigned tickets pick up day.

Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Express (New) Starting from August 16, 2005, Hong Kong Disneyland will expand its ticket distribution to Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Express, located at the MTR Hong Kong Station, Tung Chung Line Concourse. Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Express will provide you with the following services: 1. Park tickets are available for purchase of same day and up to 90 days in-advance. A maximum of 24 tickets per purchase. 2. Redemption of Park tickets purchased online from www.hongkongdisneyland.com. Tickets can be redeemed two days after online purchase. Travel trade or guests must present the same credit card which they used for online purchase for ticket redemption at Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Express. 3. Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Express opens daily from 9am to 9pm (Hong Kong time).
Note: Park tickets purchase through Hong Kong Disneyland Ticket Express is not entitled to any agent commission or discount.

Agents making reservations at the reservation center for the fi rst time are required to complete a simple registration form to facilitate commission payment process. Hong Kong Disneyland Group Sales Office operates daily from 9am to 6pm (Hong Kong time). Reservations will be confirmed via fax or email. Hotel bookings are commissionable at 10% to bona fide travel agents (on a per room night basis, excluding service charge and government tax) Park tickets are commissionable at 5% combined with hotel room bookings. Commission payments will be paid in accordance to the industry standard i.e. approximately 4 to 6 weeks after the guests’ stay. Commissions will be paid at the currency exchange rate at the time of bookings for foreign currency settlement. All the hotel rooms are entitled to reserve park tickets at maximum of 4 tickets.
