Hong Kong 1. General Regulations and Required Document/Information for the transship in Hong Kong cargo : A. Dutiable commodities: According to Hong Kong dutiable commodities regulations, liquors, wine, tobacco, hydrocarbon oils and Methyl Alcohol are classified as dutiable commodities. http://www.customs.gov.hk/eng/major_licence_commodities_e.html Correspondent license and permit are required for the removal of cargo from terminal for T/S in applying for the license and permit. Therefore the following documents and information should be provided to HKHKG office at least 7 working days before vessel arrival.

(1) Packing list (2) Invoice (3) FOB or CIF value of cargo (4) The strength of liquor (5) The brand name (6) Shipping marks of cargo (7) Detailed address of shipper and consignee B. Outboard engines: Export license is required for the T/S of outboard engines exceeding 111.9 kilowatts (150horsepower), export license application forms plus following documents/information have to be submitted to customs. Therefore, the following information/documents have to be faxed to Hong Kong office at least 5 working days prior to the arrival of the vessel. (1)Full address of shipper and consignee (2)Packing list (3)Invoice (4)Authorized permit (5)Chassis number (6)Brand name (7)Engine number (8)Origin country C. Strategic commodities: According to Hong Kong import and export regulations, under-mentioned strategic commodities for both import and T/S (including in-transit via Hong Kong) are under the control and a permit is required prior to vessel's arrival. F. Plant and Soil Commodities: According to HKHKG import and export regulation, import and T/S of plants, plant pests and soil are under licensing control in HKHKG. Therefore the complete B/L data should be provided to HKHKG two (2) working days before vessel's arrival. G. Ozone Depleting Substance and All kind of Pesticide According to HKHKG import and export regulations, both import and T/S of Ozone Depleting Substance and All kind of Pesticide are under licensing control in HKHKG. All offices/agents must obtain prior approval from this office before acceptance of bookings. H. Used Electronic Waste According to the Hong Kong import and export regulations, the hazardous electronic wastes (e.g. used televisions /used monitors and used batteries, etc.) of both import and export (including T/S) are subject to the import and export permit control of the Waste Disposal Ordinance. for more details, please click the following link: http://www.epd.gov.hk/epd/textonly/english/environmentinhk/ waste/guide_ref/files/07ie_english.pdf Any person who wishes to import or export (including T/S) such waste into/ from Hong Kong should obtain a permit from this department. Failing to do (whether knowingly or not) is an offence under the said Ordinance and the

offender is liable to a fine of 'HK$200,000 and 6 months' imprisonment. In case of "used appliances", before accepting shipper's booking, please request shipper to provide cargo packing list to check and confirm whether there are any used televisions/ computer monitors or batteries. I. Irradiating Apparatus / Radioactive Substances According to section 2(1) of the Hong Kong Import (Radiation)(Prohibition) Regulations Cap. 60 (sub.leg) which states that no person shall import (including trans-shipment) any Irradiating Apparatus (e.g. X-Ray machine) and/or Radioactive Substance specified in the schedule to the regulations unless an import license granted by the Director-General of Trade and Industry. All offices/ agents must obtain prior approval from this office before acceptance of bookings.

Guangzhou 1. Dangerous Cargo A. M/F should be submitted to customs 24 hours before vessel's arrival. B. Explosives and radioactive cargoes are prohibited to enter into Guangzhou. C. Explosive cargo IMCO 1.1, 1.2, 2 and IMCO 2, 5.2, 7 are not acceptable at Huangpu.

Jiangmen 1. D.G. cargo 1,2,7 are not acceptable.

Nanjing 1. Dangerous cargo manifest of import cargo must be submitted to customs at least 24 hours prior to vessel's arrival. A. All import D.G. cargo to CNNNJ, CNNHT and CNZJG must be accompanied with a full set of D.G. manifest and packing certificate.

B. Following import cargoes are prohibited to import unless special permission. (1) Strategic commodities: ammunition, explosives, bombs, rockets and tanks etc. (2) All kinds of pesticide (3) Controlling chemical commodities: violent poison (4) Narcotics: heroin and cocaine etc. (5) Radiative substance and irradiating apparatus C. Explosive cargo IMCO 1.1, 1.2, 2 and IMCO 5.2, 6.1, 6.2, 7 are not acceptable. D. During summer high temperature, all D.G. cargo must be discharged in night. IMCO 3.2 can't be handled during 10:00 (A.M.)-4:00 (P.M.) E. D.G. cargo IMCO 3.1, 4.1, 4.2 and 5.1 must take delivery within 48 hours.

Ningbo 1. Dangerous Cargo Dangerous cargo manifest of import cargo must be submitted to customs at least 24 hours prior to vessel's arrival. Declaration of dangerous goods in container & container packing certificate (FOR MULTIMODAL TRANSPORT) with customer's well signature must be submitted to port authority at least 24 hours prior to vessel's arrival. IMO Class 1, 7 are not acceptable . IMO Class 2 & dangerous cargo stuffed in reefer container must be permitted by the port authority prior to shipment effected & delivery under ship-truck connection. 2. Cargo transshipped via NINGBO to other P.R.C. port/inland points 'Scrap or waste material'

to CNVZJ via CNNBO by common feeder is not accepted

due to the customs clearance should be made by consignee in the port of discharge "CNNBO". C.O.D for 'Scrap or waste material'

after container(s) discharging or misrouting

at CNNBO are not acceptable. For general cargo & dangerous cargo, C.O.D from other Chinese port/inland points to NINGBO or to CNVZJ via CNNBO is permitted at least 24 hours prior to vessel's arrival at NINGBO. C.O.D from CNNBO/CNVZJ to other Chinese port/inland points must be made before submitting M/F.

Transshipment M/F must contain consignee/notify party name in final destination with full address, telephone number and commodity name in Chinese and English. 3. Following items are not allowed to transship at CNNBO: A. Commodity (1) Waste/Scrap Material (except Waste Paper ) (2) Chemicals - Monitor chemicals for weapons - OLD Sozone layer depleting substance - Key forebody for chemical weapons - Material for chemical weapons - Chemicals apt to make poison - Sodium cyanide (3) Motorcar / Automobile/Bus/Car (4) Radioactive material, Any narcotic material (5) IMO D.G (Class 1,2,7) (6) Arms and ammunitions (7) Second-handed machine

Wenzhou, Zhejiang - CNVZJ (Transit via CNNBO) 1. Dangerous cargo manifest & packing certificate of import cargo must be submitted to customs at least 24 hours prior to vessel's arrival. 2. Waste products to CNVZJ via CNNBO by common feeder is not accepted due to the customs clearance should be made by consignee in the port of discharge 'CNNBO' . 3. If any amendment concerned description, gross weight, quantity after arrival should be made, carrier should submit an amending application to the local customs through local shipping agent. 4. General cargo & IMO D.G cargo idle exceed 90 calendar days in CNVZJ will be under customs custody and auction per customs'

notice. However, according common

practice, customs will try their best to find the consignee and let them pick up the goods. CNVZJ customs will not put the cargo in procedure of auction before

they get consignee's abandon letter.

Haimen, Zhejiang - CNHME (Transit via CNNBO) 1. Dangerous cargo manifest & packing certificate of import cargo must be submitted to customs at least 24 hours prior to vessel's arrival.

In CNHME, IMO D/G cargo

should be applied by consignee prior to cargo import, only after permit can it be imported to CNHME. 2. Waste products only of 'METAL/MOTOR SCRAP' to CNHME via CNNBO by common feeder is accepted. 3. If any amendment concerned description, gross weight, quantity after arrival should be made, carrier should submit an amending application to the local customs via local shipping agent. 4. General cargo & IMO D.G cargo idle exceed 90 calendar days in CNHME will be under customs custody and auction per customs'

notice.

Shanghai 1. Dangerous Cargo IMCO class 1, 2, 4.2, 4.3, 7 and dangerous cargo stuffed in reefer container must be permitted by the port authority prior to shipment effected. 2. Cargo transshipped via Shanghai to other P.R.C. port/inland points A. Following items are not allowed to transship (1) Automobile/motorcycle (2) Waste (used) materials (except waste paper) (3) Chemicals: Monitor chemicals for weapons Ozonosphere layer depleting substance Key forebody for chemical weapons Material for chemical weapons Chemicals apt to make poison Sodium cyanide

(4) Military technical equipment (5) Radioactive materials (6) Arms and ammunitions (7) Any narcotic material (8) Second-handed machine B. Transshipment M/F must contain consignee/notify party name in final destination with full address, telephone number and commodity name in Chinese and English. C. Revising destination from other Chinese port/inland points to Shanghai is permitted within 14 days after vessel berthing Shanghai, Revising destination from Shanghai to other Chinese port/inland points must be made before submitting M/F.

Shantou 1. D.G. cargo IMCO 1, 2, 7 are not acceptable.

Shuidong 1. D.G. cargo IMCO 1, 2, 7 are not acceptable.

Zhanjiang 1. D.G. cargo IMCO 1, 2, 7 are not acceptable.

Malaysia 1. Commodity : A. Car (any type of automobile) It's compulsory to provide the engine number and chassis number of the vehicle to import custom authority.

Philippines 1. Fine For: A. Bringing of unmanifested arms, explosives or war equipments Any vessel arriving at a port in the Phils. having firearms, gunpowder, cartridges, dynamite or any other explosives, munitions or equipment of war concealed on board the vessel or not contained in the manifest of the vessel, shall be fined a sum not less than one hundred thousand (PHP100,000) pesos. B. Failure to Supply Requisite Manifest If any vessel enters or departs from a port of entry without submitting the proper manifests to the customs authorities, or shall enter or depart conveying unmanifested cargo other than as stated in the next preceding section hereof, such vessel shall be fined in a sum not less than ten thousand pesos (PHP10,000) but not exceeding thirty thousand (PHP30,000) pesos. The same fine shall be imposed upon any arriving or departing vessel if the master or pilot in command shall fail to deliver or mail to the commission on audit a true copy of the manifest of the incoming or outgoing cargo as required by law. C. Disappearance of Manifested Article When any package or article mentioned in the manifest shall not be duly forthcoming upon the arrival of the vessel, the vessel shall be fined a sum not exceeding two thousand (PHP2,000) pesos, unless the disappearance of the package or article in question was not due to the negligence of the master of the vessel or pilot in command and explained to the satisfaction of the collector. The vessel shall be liable for the payment of the same fine when a package or article listed in the manifest does not tally materially in character or otherwise with the description thereof in the manifest. D. Discrepancy Between Actual and Declared Weight of Manifested Article If the gross weight of any article or package described in the manifest exceeds twenty (20) per centum the gross weight as declared in the manifest or B/L thereof and the collector shall be of the opinion that such discrepancy was due to the carelessness or incompetency of the master of pilot in command, owner or employee of the vessel, a fine of not more than fifteen (15) per centum of the value of the package or article in respect to which the

deficiency exists, may be imposed upon the importing vessel. E. Customs regulations for re-exportation of import cargos (to original POL or 3RD country) For re-exportation of import cargoes, the customs bureau must be notified within 48 hours after import cargo's arrival. If re-exportation is requested after 48 hours, cargos will be under seizure proceeding. But if with valid reasons, re-exportation can be arranged amicably with customs bureau on a case to case basis. Re-exportation permission can be secured in minimum of one month and expenses to be incurred cannot be determined unless final approval released from the customs bureau. F. Import cargoes for Philippines outports via Manila (1) Cargoes for Philippines outports (Cebu, Davao, Zamboanga, Cagayan de Oro, Gen. Santos, Iloilo, Mariveles, ETC) to be discharged in Manila require processing of transhipment permit which can be approved within 3-5 days as soon as Consignee submits all required Documents duly. Spot checking of T/S cargoes is being needed by the customs bureau at the same time. (2)

EPZA

(Export

transhipped via Manila There are two (2) EPZA ports in Philippines - i.e. Cebu and Mariveles. It will take 5-10 days to secure approval of T/S permits subject for double spot checking by customs bureau as well as EPZ Authority with imposition of additional charges PHP1,600 per container. Telex approval from Manila agent must be secured first before accepting EPZA containerized cargoes for Mariveles and Cebu. (3) Cargoes destined to Philippine outports can be accepted only under FCL basis and Freight Prepaid. G. The seal No. stated on B/L should correspond with actual seal No. on container. Any discrepancy will be penalized minimum PHP10,000 to maximum PHP30,000 (USD384-USD1,154). Besides, the container will be held and subject to complete stripping supervised by customs authorities. H. Declaration of foreign consignee is not acceptable by Customs Bureau. Late issuance of correction will mean processing of formal amendment wherein amendment processing fee of USD70 will be incurred plus the penalty (minimum = PHP10,000 (USD208) - maximum = PHP30,000 (USD625)) that might be imposed by customs authorities.

2. Importation of cigarette: Importation of cigarette in the Philippines is arrangeable provided that complete import permits from the Bureau of Customs and different Philippine Agencies are approved and subject shipment must be strictly treated as import cargoes to the Philippines only. If in case POL should accept said shipment, POL must advise POD the complete name of consignee, contact person and contact numbers in order for POD to coordinate first with the consignee at Manila before finalizing acceptance for PHMNL or PHMJJ discharge. And please don't accept the request from Shipper to indicate the following clause: FOREIGN TRANSHIPMENT CARGO TO (ANY FOREIGN COUNTRIES) VIA MANILA, PHILIPPINES FOR TRANSFER BY TRUCK AND LOADING AT (ANY PHILIPPINE PORT) AT CONSIGNEE'S ACCOUNT AND RISKS.

Taiwan 1. Customs Regulations for Transhipped Cargo A. Description of 'General Cargo' for transhipped cargo is accepted. However, the Chinese customs require the accurate specification for following transhipped cargoes, what is subject to the customs' decision, any violation of this rule will be imposed penalty of TWD 12,000.00 to TWD 180,000.00 or the cargo will be condemned. (1) Tabacco, cigarette, alcohol and wine. (2) Arms. (3) Ammunitions. (4) Drugs. (5) Dangerous cargos. (6) Agricultural products and foodstuff made in Mainland China. (Notes: Please must provide accurate specifications instead of general commodity name to avoid Customs penalty or cargo been condemned. i.e. "general cargo", "foodstuff", "agriculture product" are not accepted.) (7) Discharge at uncontrol terminal. (8) Ship spare parts.

(9) Combined sea and air cargos. On condition that B/L data is not available for T/S port to prepare manifest data

(3 working days prior to pre-carriage vessel's arrival at T/S

port), all POLs at

Far East are requested to inform the accurate commodity

name by e-mail at least 2 working days before vessel's arrival at T/S port for filing T/S manifest

smoothly.

B. Special application for arms and ammunitions and dangerous cargo must be taken to the customs for obtaining permission of transhipment.

Vietnamu 1. Restriction of import cargo A. Items banned for Vietnam-import cargoes: (1) Arms and Ammunition, Explosives (2) All kinds of firecrackers (3) Devices, tools causing an interference or neutralizing effects of police's transport-means speed meters (4) Used consumption goods, including : - Textiles, shoes & slippers, garments - Electronic goods - Computer, monitor except used LCD monitor. - Refrigerated goods - Household electrical goods - Medical instruments, devices, tools - Internal decoration goods - Household goods made of pottery, porcelain, ceramic, glass, metal, resin, rubber, plastic, others substances. - Informatics products (5) Reactionary (anti-revolutionary), porno and depraved culture products. (6) Vehicles or means of transport with right-hand steering wheel (including in a dis-assembled form and in a conversed steering-wheel form prior to importing into Vietnam), Except :crane-truck, channeling machine, road sweeping and washing truck, garbage truck, road roller, airport bus, fork-lift truck using in warehouse & seaport, concrete-mixing truck,

vehicles moving in park & golf yard. (7) Used materials and means including: Frame, inner tube & tire, spare parts, machinery of automobile; pulling motor/engine; tri-motorcycle; motorbike. Used machinery which is used in area of industrial production is allowed to import. Chassis

(8) Refrigerated equipment using C.F.C (chorofluorocarbon-an extremely harmful gas to environment) (9) All kinds of scraps/wastes except metal scrap (like copper, steel...); waste paper; plastic scrap; glass scrap. However, cargo must be done customs clearance at port of discharge. (10) Products and materials containing amian grouped in amphibole (11) Toxic chemicals

Myanmar 1. The following cargoes are not to be imported into Yangon A. Dangerous cargo with imco 1, 2 & 7 B. Radioactive substance and irritated substance

India 1. Restricted Cargo A. Item banned for import into India (1) Narcotics / Drugs (2) Live Animals

(3) Arms and Ammunition (4) Explosive Items (5) Battery Waste (6) Plastic Waste (7) Used Vehicles (Unused T.R., Transfer of Residence is allowed but to be checked with POD prior to acceptance) (8) Old Magazines (9) Old Tyres (10) Ivory and its other products (11) Rags (woolen or any other type) (12) Used Clothes (13) Currency Coins/Notes (14) Used Lubricating Oil (Unused Oil - please check POD prior acceptance) (15) Rubber Scrap (16) Crude Naphtha (17) Waste Oil and Used Furnace Oil (18) Beef and Beef contained products B. Woollen rags should not be accepted for Nhava Sheva as there is no warehouse for destuffing same. Most of the time consignees do not come forward for clearing this cargo on time and container remains uncleared for indefinite period. As such, POL should take sufficient precaution before accepting these commodities. C. LCL cargo can not be accepted at Kandla port and Mundra port. D. No personal effects can be accepted at ICD Ahmedabad. E. In case of this scrap material meant for Chennai, Cochin and Calcutta, same may be accepted subject to prior approval taken from the discharge port. 2. CFS Mulund There is an ICD called Mulund CFS situated about 25 KMS from Nhava Sheva having all customs facilities for import and export. If consignee intends to take delivery of container from CFS Mulund, port of discharge should be shown in column No.16 of B/L as 'Nhava Sheva' and place of delivery in column No.17 will be 'CFS mulund'. Extra charges for moving the container by road (by goverment contractor) has to be borne by the consignee locally.

3. Haldia Cargo meant for Haldia should not be loaded on vessel destined to Calcutta, although both ports fall under the jurisdiction of the Calcutta dock system. This is because port charges and customs formalities are different for Calcutta and Haldia. 3. Transshipment of Cargo Between Mumbai and Nhava Sheva Although the Nhava Sheva port is situated across the Mumbai harbour, transshipment of cargo between these two ports involves customs transshipment procedures.

United Arab Emirates 1. Jebel Ali (Dubai), Abu Dhabi A. M/F should be submitted to Ports & Customs for all the cargo (import and t/s) 48 hours prior to vessel's arrival. Late submission will be fined by Port Authority (DP WORLD) as AED600 per vessel rotation. Transshipment bill must be cleared within 10 days from the date of arrival of the vessel.

Otherwise, for delayed customs clearance, Customs will levy fine

as per prevailing tariff and the same will be debited to the concerned port of loading.. It is strictly prohibited

to import unmanifested items such as used/unwanted

As the Agent will be responsible for all the consequences/cost, the same will be relayed to the concerned port of loading. All the cargo destined to AE ports must reflect AE party address with complete address/telephone/fax number. Otherwise port of loading/shipper will be responsible

clearance/unclaimed cargo/return cargo. B. Dangerous Cargo (1) Whenever dangerous cargo on board, cargo in transit as well as cargo planned for discharge at Jebel Ali or Port Rashid must be reported to port authority (DP WORLD). (2) Only dangerous boxes being properly described/ labeled in accordance with the IMDG codes can be accepted by Port Authority.

(3) Containers with undeclared, poorly stowed or incorrectly packaged dangerous goods will receive fines for a minimum of AED2400/- per container and the fines can be increased by Port Authority depending on the seriousness of the offence and the extent of the violation of the safety aspect. This is in addition to any other extra charges as per EHS (Environment Health and Safety - Dubai World Corporate Services) Tariff. 2. Abu Dhabi Abu Dhabi or "Mina Zayed" can be indicated on POD and delivery place column of OB/L. Mina Zayed is the name of the port in Abu Dhabi.

Kuwait 1. Rules for Special Cargo A. Cargoes Strictly Forbidden to Import: (1). All kind of alcoholic products (2). All kinds of narcotic drugs. (except those imported by Government Organizations for use at Hospitals and Medical Institutions) (3). All kinds of pornographic materials & publication. (4). All kinds of Anti Islamic publications. B. Automobiles (1). All vehicles, containerized or uncontainerized, have to be manifested with correct chassis number, type and model. (2). No vehicles older than 5 years from the current year will be accepted in Kuwait.

Iran 1. Dangerous (Hazardous) Cargo A. Acceptance (1) Class 1/7 are not accepted. (2) Class 2.1/3.1/3.2/5.2 are subject to obtaining prior approval from port concerned. B. Container has to be properly palletized and correctly labled with d/g stickers

on both side. C. This type of cargo absolutely can not mixed with general cargo regardless of LCL or FCL. Also, it is not allowed LCL units stuffed by dangerous cargo to be discharged at IRBAB. 2. Penalty A. LCL shipments has to be palletized, otherwise will be fined at USD15/20 per 20'/40' by authority concerned. B. Shortlanded Cargo If cargo found short in quantity or weight, customs will issue shortland cargo certificate. In the event, the shipper can provide the customs with clear-cut evidence that shortlanded was reshipped or set forth convincing proof, then no penalty shall be placed, otherwise equal to the value of the good plus customs duty and charges would be payable.

Yemen 1. Particular Cargoes: A. Vehicles/Used goods (1) Importing used/second hand goods is prohibited. (2) Vehicles are prohibited to import five years after manufacture; for this purpose, the year of production shall not be counted. (3) It is prohibited to import light vehicles whose engines are propelled by diesel-oil. (4) Used vehicles, machinery, and equipment wishing to be entered for executing projects in the country, need to obtain prior permission from the customs authority. (5) It is prohibited to import motor-bicycles of all kinds regardless of their year of manufacture. (6) It is prohibited to import used house furnishings, bed-coverings, etc, even if such are personal effects. B. Dangerous Goods: (1) All categories of dangerous goods are subject to prior permission before import. (2) Explosive, ammunition, fire-works, ammonia nitrate, and military hard-ware are prohibited for import without prior permission and

arrangement. C. Alcohol Special licence and prior permission is required for import of alcohol into the country. 3. Penalty for wrong declarations in manifest Weights/quantities wrongly declared are subject to fines in magnitudes depending on the gravity of misdeclaration.

Sudan 1. Dangerous cargo A. D.C.M. should be submitted to port authorities 48 hours prior to vessel's arrival. B. Details of B/L no., container no./size, IMO class, and weight should be included in the D.C.M. C. IMO 1 & 7 should be customs clearance formalities completed by consignee prior to vessel arrival to berth and to be discharged for direct delivery. D. Dangerous cargo should be stuffed inside dry containers. E. IMO class label should be stuck on all sides of the container. 2. Military cargo/food item for Sudan Military cargo should obtain the approval of military authorities. A. Health authorities approval is required for food items, meats, fish and others. 3. Used vehicles The import of used cars shall not be older model than six years and the used trucks/lorries/buses shall not be older model than twelve years from the date of manufacturing of such vehicle. If violate, the penalty of

USD3,000/per vehicle

will be occurred and such vehicle will be returned on the same carrier ship.

Iraq 1. Rules for Import Cargo A. Import manifest must be submitted two working days prior to vessel's arrival.

B. M/F and B/L copy must cover (1) Consignee (actual consignee or bank) or notify party that must be located in Iraq. (2) Number of Packages and Gross weight C. LCL shipments are not acceptable. D. (10) Although Pork and Pork Products can be imported into the country, the present provincial government of Basrah has banned import of Pork and

all kind of Pork Products via Umm Qasr. (11) Food Stuffs Imported into Iraq must have 50% of the shelf life period, printed on the package, at the time of entering the country. (12) Wireless Equipment (except if imported by the Ministries of Interior, Defense and/or Communication) (13) Fire works (except by Companies holding valid licenses issued by competent authorities) C. Automobiles: (1) All vehicles containerized or not, have to be manifested with correct chassis number, type and model. (2) From 1st September 2009 no vehicle older than 1 year from the current year will be accepted in Iraq.

Norway 1. Special permission needed by Oslo port authority in case import of more than: -100 kos explosives. -300 kos fireworks including packing. -50000 pcs blasting caps. -100000 pcs small fire arms cartridges. In all cases cargo has to be removed immediately upon discharging. This office needs to be informed before cargo arrives Norway in order to make proper arrangements. 2. Turkey 1. Forbidden Commodity - Cigarettes, Cigar, and its by-products (e.g. paper of Cigarettes and Cigar), Asbestos , and any chemicals classed imo 1 and 7. Remarks: Those forbidden commodities are not regulated by Turkish

Customs

Authorities but under principal's concern to the customs inspection and avoid the

smuggling problem may incur.

Ukraine 1. Dangerous Cargo A. Dangerous cargo M/F and dangerous packing certificate must be submitted to the customs 5 days prior to vessel's arrival. B. ''IMCO class 1 and IMCO class 7' are not accepted to be discharged at Odessa. Any other dangerous cargo shipment acceptance subject to BSA IST/BLA-MGT approval.

Bulgaria

1. Import cargo M/F must be submitted to the customs 24 hours before vessel's arrival together with presentation of discharging plan. 2. Dangerous Cargo A. Dangerous cargo M/F and dangerous packing certificate must be submitted to the customs 72 hours before vessel's arrival. B. All IMO Cargo accepted to be discharged at Varna/Bourgas. Shipment acceptance is subject to BSA IST/BLA-MGT prior approval. C. Dangerous cargo shipment must be taken by consignee directly from vessel and it's forbidden to remain along side or in port area. Above mentioned condition must be stated on OB/L.

Romania 1. Dangerous Cargo A. Dangerous cargo M/F and dangerous packing certificate must be submitted to the customs 48 hours before vessel's arrival. B. 'IMCO class 1 and IMCO class 7' are not accepted to be discharged at Costanta.Any others dangerous cargo shipment acceptance subject to BSA IST/BLA-MGT prior approval.
