A powerful dramatic retelling of the life and struggles of one of football's most legendary coaches, Green Bay's own Vince Lombardi and his wife Marie, as told by reporter Michael McCormic. - October 2016 by alan jay lerner & frederick lowe

One of the greatest musicals ever written, Lerner & Lowe's musical adaptation of Shaw's Pygmalion tells the story of the transformation of Liza Dolittle from cockney flower girl to elegant debutante under the stern instruction of Professor Henry Higgins. In addition to its classic songs like "I Could Have Danced All Night" and "Wouldn't It Be Lovely," STC has a special relationship with this show, as this was the first production performed in our Leslie W. Johnson Theatre when opened that venue. - December 2016

The complete works of william shakespeare: abridged, by adam long, daniel singer & jess winfield

The Bard is back on the LWJ stage, but not quite how you'd imagine it - Watch as three comedians take on all 37 plays by the great Shakespeare - in just under 97 minutes! With Othello as a rap, the Histories as a football game, and Hamlet performed backward in 60 seconds, Complete Works is a hilarious romp that all lovers (or haters) of Shakespeare will enjoy. - February 2017

Cat on a hot tin roof,

by Tennessee Williams -

A masterful family epic from Tennessee Williams, one of America's greatest playwrights, Cat On A Hot Tin Roof tells the smoldering story of Brick and Maggie, a married couple struggling with the lies they've been telling each other and themselves. Family secrets are revealed and truths are brought to bear in one of the most searing plays in American theatre. - March 2017

The Full Monty,

by david yazbek & Terrence McNally

Jerry and his buddies have been laid off from their steelworker jobs in Buffalo; as they struggle with early middle age (divorce, money, weight gain, anxiety), they notice how much their wives perked up when the Chippendales came to town - and come up with a hilarious and risky venture to win back their confidence, some money and their wives' affections: they'll become exotic dancers and deliver "The Full Monty"! - May 2017

Studio Players 2016 - 2017

Studio Players is offering a great line-up including a revival of our sold-out run of The Rocky Horror Show for Halloween weekend, the scorching Sam Shepard play True West, and The 39 Steps, a hilarious send-up of the work of Alfred Hitchcock with four actors playing dozens of roles (sometimes several at once) with lightning-fast quick changes and side-splitting comedy.
