Though not an easy decision, the long hours have not been good for my health, and therefore, after much prayer and reflection, I believe that this is the proper time to step back. I am praying that at some future time, I will be able to minister pastorally again somewhere in our Diocese. I purposely do not use the term “retirement” because as a consecrated woman in the Diocese of Harrisburg, there is no retirement from my commitment to prayerful love and support of you, the People of God, and obedience to the Bishop of the Diocese of Harrisburg, Bishop Joseph McFadden. I wish to take this opportunity to thank you for all your goodness to me during my seven years of ministry here. I promise my prayer for you and ask that you keep me in your prayers during this time of transition of ministries.
