The Bracelet

PANDORA is an exciting and interchangeable collection of jewelry with countless possibilities. Design your own jewelry that expresses your own style and unforgettable moments. Each piece is handfinished in sterling silver and 14K gold with superior Danish design. The threading system makes the PANDORA bracelet unique and is protected by U.S. Pat. Number 7,007,507.

The strength of the PANDORA charm bracelet is the detailed design, the high quality, and patented threading system. Each bracelet is divided into three segments by small threads. Every charm is equipped with interior threads, which allow for individual placement within any bracelet segment. To hold the charms in place, clips are placed over the middle two threads. The clips are opened by gently sliding one fingernail into the side corner of the clip’s crease. To close the clip, simply pinch the sides together. The charms move freely in each segment and rotate slightly with your wrist’s movement, creating an undeniably eye-catching and stunning effect.

The chain, commonly called a snake chain, is made out of many little rings that are twisted very tightly into the chain. When buying a new bracelet it should be fairly tight. There should be no more than a thumb space between your wrist and the bracelet. PANDORA bracelets make the perfect gift for those hard to shop for because you will always have something to purchase for them for future gifts.

Each piece is hand-finished in sterling silver, 14K, and 18K gold with superior Danish design. The series is distributed by an authorized PANDORA retailer. The combination of PANDORA bracelets and our collection of matching jewelry allow you to create your own personal look and recall those unforgettable moments. Genuine pieces of jewelry provide lasting memories and symbolize the unforgettable moments in your life. Because genuine jewelry is kept for many years, the precious metals, stones, and cultured freshwater pearls need maintenance and care. Here are a number of useful tips from PANDORA. The tips are easy to follow and are tailored to your genuine jewelry. Bracelet The PANDORA bracelet stretches over time as weight (e.g. charms) is put on the bracelet. The chain, commonly called a snake chain, is made out of many little rings which are twisted very tightly into the chain. When buying a new bracelet it should be fairly tight. There should be no more than a thumb space between your wrist and the bracelet. Annual Service Gold and silver are soft metals and become worn with use. This is true for all genuine jewelry. Depending on the degree of use, it is recommended that your jewelry be inspected at least once a year by a goldsmith. In particular, it is important that clasps, mounts, and soldering are checked. Protecting Your Jewelry We recommend that customers remove jewelry before going to bed or participating in physical activity. Remember that jewelry must not be exposed to chlorine or salt water, as this will dull the appearance. Try to prevent your cultured freshwater pearls from being exposed to water and cleaning agents. Cultured freshwater pearls must only be cleaned with a soft brush or a cloth. Cleaning Your Jewelry To clean your jewelry, pour a small quantity of mild soap into some lukewarm water and use a small, soft toothbrush. Toothbrushes are ideal for cleaning jewelry with patterns, which can otherwise be difficult to clean. If the dirt is hard to remove, soak the jewelry in clean water. However, remember that this cleaning method should not be used to clean jewelry with cultured freshwater pearls. A silver-polishing cloth is a great tool to make your silver jewelry shine again if the pieces have become dull. However, it will not remove scratches. Silver-polishing cloths can be purchased from PANDORA retailers or your local goldsmith. PANDORA is happy to offer jewelry cleaning services tailored specially for your PANDORA products. Oxidation Oxidation disappears with time. How quickly depends on how the jewelry is treated. Things which can cause the oxidation to fade include: perspiration, chlorine, perfumes, cleaning agents, and silver polish. Oxidation that fades is considered normal wear and tear and is not a defect. We do not recommend using silver polishing liquid. Oxidized (dark) jewelry does not benefit from being dipped in silver polishing liquid, as it destroys the oxidation.

Cultured Freshwater Pearls Cultured freshwater pearls cannot withstand silver polish. Avoid contact with makeup, creams, chemicals, and cleaning agents. Enamel All enamel is Italian made without glass, which makes it more durable. Leather Leather is a natural product that will benefit from careful protection. Do not use in water or other liquids that may cause discoloration. Leather can stretch and relax over time; stretching is not a defect in this product. As a natural feature of genuine leather, you may notice gentle shading and variations in color. You may also experience a change in the shade of the leather due to oils in the skin and the addition of charms to the bracelet or necklace. Use with a maximum of 7–9 charms. When adding charms to the new leather bracelets, please take care to hold the leather bracelet steady and twist the charm onto the bracelet. Be careful not to twist the leather part of the bracelet when adding charms, as the leather may be damaged. Macramé Our macramé bracelets require the same level of care and handling as all PANDORA jewelry and can be cleaned gently with a mild soap and water. It is not recommended that you expose or submerge your macramé bracelet to water for prolonged periods of time as this may have adverse effects on the jewelry. Color Cords Color cords are made of synthetic fibers, which may become damaged or discolored if submerged in water. Watches Black Crown Diamond watches from PANDORA are designed to ensure low maintenance. These water resistant, Swiss-made watches feature sapphire crystal*, genuine materials and certified diamonds. Black Crown Diamond watches have a long life expectancy, as do their batteries, which last up to six years. These watches come with a 3-year international warranty. To ensure the longest possible lifetime of the watch, please care for it according to the following guidelines: – Do not wear your Black Crown Diamond watch in a hot tub or sauna. – Avoid direct contact with chemical products such as solvents, detergents, perfumes and cosmetic products, as they may damage the watch. – To clean your watch, and/or metal bracelet, use a soft brush with soapy water and dry with a soft cloth. – Your watch should always be serviced by an official PANDORA store. For more information on protecting your Black Crown Diamond watch, please read the User Guide enclosed with the watch. *Except Model: 812019LG, 812020LS & 812063LS Product Warranty All PANDORA products are covered by a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. Using non-PANDORA charms can damage PANDORA bracelets. As such, PANDORA will not replace, fix, or repair a product that has been used with nonPANDORA products. Stretching of PANDORA chains and bracelets is not considered a manufacturing defect. Do not expose your PANDORA products to harsh chemicals or environments. Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation. Exposure to harsh chemicals or environments can alter the appearance of your PANDORA product. These include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas. PANDORA and PANDORA retailers are not held responsible for errors in printing or changes in item numbers and prices.
