The Second Amendment
The Third Amendment No soldier shall, in time of peace, be quartered in any house, without the consent of the owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed.
The Fourth Amendment The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
The Fifth Amendment
This amendment says that a person may not be put on trial for a serious crime unless they have been indicted (formally accused) by a Grand Jury. It also protects against Double Jeopardy (being tried twice for the same crime) and being forced to testify against yourself in a court of law. It also states that we cannot be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; and that private property cannot be taken for public use without compensation.
The Sixth Amendment
This amendment guarantees a person accused of a crime the right to a trial by a jury chosen from the state and district in which the crime was committed. It also says the accused person has a right to be defended by an attorney and must be told the charges against them.

Trial
The Seventh Amendment
This amendment guarantees the right to a trial by jury in cases that involve more than $20, but in modern times, usually much more money is at stake before a case is heard in federal court.
The Eighth Amendment Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
The Ninth Amendment This amendment makes it clear that the citizens of this country have additional rights that may not be specifically listed in the Bill of Rights.
The Tenth Amendment The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. ism nt l a r e de dm e F en Am
