INTRODUCTION

Dear all, After an amazing event in 2012, it is time to continue the success with the Historic Grand Prix  2013. The cooperation between HARC and CPZ proved to be a perfect match in organizing the  best Historic event in Holland.  This years edition has an incredible 11 championships coming over to the circuit in the Dunes.  History will be repeated with beautiful Formula, Sports and GT cars.  The races will be varied with demonstrations arranged by Porsche and the Yamaha Classic Racing  Team, something you don’t want to miss!  Contained in this document information about the Historic Grand Prix 2013. Read this document very thoroughly so there won’t be any surprises. And if you have any  questions, please do not hesitate to ask. Important:  On Thursday the 29th of August the track and all paddocks are exclusively  rented by a partner. This means that teams are allowed to arrive at the track  the earliest on Thursday the 29th of August 2013 17:30 o’clock.

Free Practices Friday 30th of August Grand Prix circuit layout, it is strictly forbidden to use the National corner or Clubs corner. Tickets  are available on Thursday the 29th of August between 17:00 and 21:00 and Friday the 30th of August  from 08:00 – 11:30 at the reception desk of CPZ (entrance near Race Control). Each session of 20  minutes costs € 50,‐. Participation • With a car conform the class regulations.  • Only for competitors of the upcoming event • With approved FIA clothing and equipment 

Timing Next to the timing in this document, a separate timing is attached in the same  mail. 

Results and live timing during the race weekend During the weekend, all results and live timings can be found at the  following website: www.raceresults.nu. Note: These results are not official  and/or final. 

Collection of documents / license control See timing.  Location: Parking C, Paddock office (Parking next to BMW Driving Experience).  Make sure you bring all relevant documents. You will receive an envelope with: • Tickets for your team (4 pits, 4 paddock, 1 parking A) • Supplementary Regulations • Latest Timing

Scrutineering See Timing. Make sure all relevant documents are with the car as well as the drivers clothing  conform to Appendix L FIA Sporting Code. The location of the safety checks is different for every  championship, see timing for locations. 

Briefing Mandatory! See Timing.  Location: Hospitality Unit Tarzan Corner, 1st floor (hospitality gallery above garage 25.)

Supplementary Regulations Will be send to the teams in a separate mail and will be in the drivers envelope at collection of  documents / license control. 

Garages Only available for FIA Masters Historic Sports Car Championship and FIA Historic Formula 1  Championship. Pit Garage allocation through Master European Series organization. 

Petrol and Diesel Available at the tango Paddock, NO CASH, pin and masterdcard only.  

Timekeeping Transponders are available at license check / collection of documents,  Parking C, Paddock office (Parking next to BMW Driving Experience). Thursday  17:00 – 21:00 and Friday 07:00 – 12:00.

Tickets All teams will receive the entry tickets in the drivers envelope at the collection of documents /  license control. Every team will receive 4 Pits, 4 Paddock, 1 Parking A.  Paddock Parking Tickets are only available through your championship coordinator. Teams will not  receive the Paddock Parkings in their envelope at licence check. Paddock Parkings are only available  for support vehicles. 

High Voltage power High Voltage Power is only available on request through [email protected].  • 220v, 16 Amph  € 0,‐ each day • 380v, 32 Amph  € 75,‐ each day

Team tents and hospitalities Teams are allowed to break down their tents and hospitalities from Sunday the 1st of September   18:00 o’clock. All trailers, hospitalities and tents must be removed from the paddock on Monday  the 2nd of September 12:00 o’clock.

Paddock and arriving times Trucks and trailers over 3.30 meters must enter the paddock through  Parking C. Tucks and trailers under 3.30 meter can enter the paddock through  the main entrance.  Arrival times: Thursday the 29th of August: 17:30 – 22:00 o’clock. Please call Niek Oude Luttikhuis at 0031 6 25 00 09 38 when you arrive to guide you to your  position on the paddock. See paddock plans at the end of this document for your location.  Note: Youngtimer Trophy and Historic Monoposto Racing trailers can all enter through the main  gate and are allowed to arrive on Thursday between 09:00 – 22:00 o’clock. Only race cars are allowed on the paddocks. Personal cars can be parked at parking A (behind  Grand Stand). Car trailers must be moved from the paddock and can be parked at Parking C.  Competitors entering the paddock with a trailer need to pay a deposit of € 50,‐ on arrival. Refund  when trailer is parked at Parking C within 2 hours.

Grand Prix Parade to the center of Zandvoort 31‐08‐2013

The organization of the  Historic Grand Prix Zandvoort  invites all the drivers to  participate in the Grand Prix  Parade at Saturday the 31st of  August 2013. With this parade we go back  to the old days of Formula 1  when the cars would be  parked overnight in Zandvoort  town. In addition to the  parade there will be live music  and entertainment.  Line up at 19:00 o’clock on the  main straight of the circuit.  The parade will leave in  groups at 19:30 o’clock to the  center of Zandvoort. The  groups can go back to the  circuit from 20:30 onwards.  The cars will be parked in the  center of town which will be  closed to other traffic.  Participation is open to all  competitors of the Historic  Grand Prix Zandvoort with  their race cars.
