Our Company was founded in 1937 and has been operating since then in the electromechanical field. In the sixties we began to produce industrial automation and customized testing systems. Since then we have been the PIONEERS AND THE FIRST IN THE FIELD.

In the seventies: we introduced computers in our industrial automation systems and were the first company to produce computer controlled rectifiers for battery formation. In the eighties: we improved our rectifiers using the switching technology in the awakening of the new IGBT component: again we have been the first . In the nineties: nineties: a further important step in technology has been made:all the regulation circuits in our rectifiers and in our general purpose electronics have been totally digitalized: in each circuit a microprocessor provides the regulation in a very sharp way unthinkable in that period, and this give very high stability and high accuracy. The analogical regulation has then been abandoned.

All these goals made us - and still we are - proud of our capabilities, skills and results. Our systems are recognized as the most performant in the market and our competitors know this very well!

Today our Company is qualified ISO 9001:2000 and operates at the highest level in the field of industrial automation and power electronics.

OUR RECTIFIERS ARE THE MOST ADVANCED EQUIPMENTS EXISTING TODAY

We developed (1990s) and produced "the" new family of RECTIFIERS, capable to charge and discharge, based on three-phase inverters. This technology allows to obtain: ► High accuracy ► Energy recovery towards the main ► A.C. current programmable power factor ►Very low harmonic distorsion on a.c. network ► Electrical isolation of each rectifier one from the other Our innovative technology is consolidated because we built more than 2000 rectifiers during the last 5 years. ►The rectifiers are structured for heavy duty service and can work at maximum rated power 24 hours / 7 days a week. ►The reliability and durability are very high: our statistic survey show a MTBF of 250.000 hours in a population of 1000 rectifiers. ►Efficiency of a whole cabinet containing 16 rectifiers is more than 94%, the efficiency of the single rectifier is 97,5%. ► High safety for human operators: the rectifiers mounted in the same cabinet (12 or 16 each cabinet) are electrically isolated from one-another. ► Energy saving in formation is due to the very correct waveform and to the software management of the formation plant.

LABORATORY EQUIPMENTS Designed to offer the highest accuracy and flexibility in order to accomplish every kind of International Testing Standards and every test you desire to build from scratch.

Typical configuration of equipment used in laboratory; capable to hold up to 20 Kwatt of power. It's equipped with a relais voltage scanner of 40 channels.

Every equipment can be connected to a network of host PC for remote controlling, hystorical recording and test database. Each equipment is host independent and the tests can be performed even if the connection to the host PC is lost. Particular of the High Insulation Scanner connections. Each battery cell voltage can be monitored, plotted and stored. The cycle test execution can be controlled by each of these measurements. Portable Scanner. Useful to manually test the batteries during test or already stocked in warehouse. Sequential measurements are stored with a push-button on the probe without user intervention on the keyboard.
