 Young university leaders (30-40 years) holding a masters degree and a university management position (2 years)  Blended learning modules on project management, finance management and personnel management (1 month in Germany) 3.2 Dialogue on Innovation in Higher Education Strategies (DIES)  Fosters the exchange on topics of higher education management and quality assurance 3.3 DAAD Kairo Akademie (DKA)  One-day-modules on academic skills (proposal writing, ethics in science etc.), soft skills, intercultural competence etc. special trainings on higher education management etc.
