I enjoy working with a different array of people from the rehabilitated to the athlete. As a trainer I get to know my clients and what training techniques work for them and what doesn't. My goal for each of my clients is to find the right combination of movement that challenges them but also keeps bringing them back to the gym. Favorite Leisure Activities: I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I have three children and I am an auntie to seven young nieces and nephews. When I am not attending my twins sporting events, I enjoy gardening and spending time in Maine.

I believe that being physically fit is does not occur overnight and becoming and staying fit is a lifestyle change. Listening to clients' needs and expectations and putting together a program that will let them see success is one of my big goals. Simply feeling better is a great place to start. I like mixing up workouts and challenging my clients. Favorite Leisure Activities: I love to cook and share recipes with friends along with canning in the fall. I enjoy being outside and taking walks at the beach, Appleton Farms or Bradley Palmer.

I have close family members with physical and mental handicaps and have always enjoyed helping them heal or better their lives. A second calling for me has been aiding new or soon-to-be mothers.
