1.Box furnace The shell use high quality steel plate. The profile looks nice. The furnace goes through of dozens of process, explicit technical and responsible color collocation,surface is with sprayed plastic which make the furnace can be used long time and will not have the situation of paint falling down. At the same time, it can be anti-temperature and anti-corrosion。The chamber uses alumina ceramic fiber, absorb Japanese mature technical then compound,it is stable with high temperature and has perfect temperature keeping. Furnace is with double-shell fan cooling,can reduce temperature quickly to make the upper temperature lower soon. Electric circuits design is advanced and reasonable with model control and double circuit line protecting which can ensure the furnace is used safely. It also use advanced auto PID temperature adjustment of 30~50 programmable PID controller ,the temperature accuracy is ±1℃,temperature can rise quickly which will save energy and improve efficiency. 2. Instruction of Furnace Turn on Temperature controller Turn off

Lock 2.1 Turn on the furnace: ①In accordance with the correct wiring behind the furnace to connect the wiring, and also equipped with suitable circuit breakers according to the power. ②Closed circuit breakers, turn on the power, the power indicator will be lights. At the same time, while the cooling fan start to work. ③Clockwise turn the “Lock” key , the temperature controller will be ready for working (Fig.1). ④Input the temperature curve on the temperature controller, after finished, please do remember to setting "t××-121"(Fig.2) (detailed instruction please see the following instruction chapter 4.)

Figure 1 Figure 2 Figure 3 ⑤After setting, the controller will return to the basic status.(Fig.3) ⑥Press the “Turn on” button, and turn on the power. ⑦Press the button for 2 seconds, and SV will display ”RUN”, the controller will be into the auto control process, the furnace will be to run, then the furnace temperature began to rise. ⑧Check the furnace in good running. 2.2 Turn off the furnace: ①After the operation finished, the SV will display “STOP”, if need to stop the operation, press and hold the button 2seconds, the controller will in the “STOP” status. ②Press the “Turn off” button, close the “Lock” in counter clockwise. ③As soon as the temperature is under 400℃, turn off the power, the indicator will be in dark. The air cooling will stop in operation.

3. Instruction of intelligent temperature controller 3.1 Description: ①Using the AI adjustment, it can realize up and down temperature controller, it has the instruction on jump, operation, pause, and stop. ②It has the adjustment system for the input and output, the accuracy will be stable, it can also enlarge the indicator. ③Two process function can also be worked very well in the bad circumvent. ④Accuracy: 0.2 ⑤Alarm: upper limit, input ⑥30steps programmable controller ⑦Protection for the power off: As it is using the EPROM, it makes all the digitals in the controller also be saved in well. ⑧Power: 100~240VAC 50~60Hz ⑨Electricity consumption: ≤ 5W 3.2 Process flow for the temperature controller

LED running status indicator lamp's function: PRG lamp on refer the controller in running status ,OP1 lamp on is the indicate of the power output ,OP2 lamp on with the Light/dark change is the indicate power output level ,AL1 lamp is the indicate of the temperature alarm ,COM lamp is the indicate of communication interface, other lamp not use. 3.3.2 Basic display status Basic display status: when power on, the upper display window of the instrument shows the process value (PV), and the lower window shows the set point (SV).this status is called basic display status. 3.3.3 Parameter Setting Flow Chart

(Parameter Setting Flow Chart) 3.4 Instruction on the temperature controller 3.4.1 Basic setting When turn on the “Lock” ,the temperature controller will display the model and version, after several seconds, it will coming into the original setting ( Version and basic flow) , “PV” for temperature testing, “SV” for temperature setting, “Stop” for in the stop status, “Hold” for pause status.

3.4.2 Function changing ①Under the basic state or run program state, press the button for 1 second, change to run program state(PV,STEP, SV).(Setting the running step or display the working temperature steps) ②Press the button for 1 second again, switch to running time status ( it will display total running time, and already running time ,the “SV” display×××minutes.) ③Press again, it will return to basic status.

3.4.3 Temperature controller Operation: Auto-control as below picture: ①If controller is on basic status originally ( programmed is on stop status, the SV flash to show ”Stop”), , press the button and hold for 1second,programmer will start to run(PV “STEP”、SV”××”) user can choose by himself which step he can start , Normally programmer will add or switch automatically by runs different steps,no need human interference. Sometimes for special factors,maybe we hop programmer run can start from one certain step, or jump directly to certain step, we can adjust “STEP” value to release this. We can press the



button to return to basic status.

②Press the button and hold for 2 seconds, the SV” will show”RUN”,now the controller will get into auto-control status.

HTTP://WWW.CERAMICLAB.CO.KR TEL: +82-31-479-1989 3.4.4 The controller parameter changing: The operation and accuracy is based on the controller, the parameters details as following: ①In the basic status, press the button for 2 seconds enter into the setting period, and display M5 setting. ②Under the M5 status, press the

button for 1 second, the controller will display all parameters,

press the button and using button, it can change the parameters. ③Press the button for 2 seconds, it can return to the last parameters. ④Hold the button, then press button, it can exit set condition. If not press these buttons, after about 25 seconds, it will also exit set condition.

HTTP://WWW.CERAMICLAB.CO.KR TEL: +82-31-479-1989 3.4.5 Temperature controller Run/Hold status In basal display status, if the program is in stop status (“StoP” is alternately displayed on the lower window). Press and hold the key for about 2 seconds until the lower display window displays the “Run” “ SV”, will show symbols; the instrument then will start the program. Display of symbol“ Hold”, controller will get into suspend status, controller will still execute control and keep the temperature on given value when it is hold status, but control time will stop increasing. Under hold status, press the button and hold for 2 seconds, display of“ symbol RUN”,controller will restart running.

(program hold status) 3.4.6 Temperature controller Stop: Press and hold the key for about 2 seconds in the basic display, until the lower display window symbol,means the stop operation is executed now, when program stopped, displays the “STOP” timer will be reset and stop. This operation forces the instrument to stop running, meanwhile, the StEP number will reset to 1, and control output is also stopped.

Above Parameter set before shipping, just for your reference! Parameters functions explain: ①Maintenance Parameters M5: Be defined output variation as 5%, the D-value after controller led member Basic stability. That is mainly decide the integral action in the adjust algorithm that is same as the time of integration Of PID adjust ,if M5 more smaller ,the Integral effect will be more better ,if M5 more larger , the Integral effect will be more weaker (time of integration increase),when set M5=0, the system cancel the function of integral action and Artificial intelligence regulatory function. ②Speed Parameters P: Like as the proportional band of PID regulator, but has the opposite phenomena, if P value increase, proportion, derivative action show Proportional to enhance, if P value decrease ,proportion, derivative action Corresponding weakened, P parameters no connect with integral action ③Delay time Parameter t: Defined as hypothesis there is no heat emission, the time will cost when the heating rate arrives to max’s 63.5% .T Parameter have effect for controller led proportion, integral, differential when T more smaller , the effect of proportion, integral will increase ,but the integral effective will be decrease, however the whole parts feedback will increase ,conversely, if T more larger , the effect of proportion , integral will decrease, but the integral effective will be increase, the setting have much effective for the of the controller ,if t≤ Ctl ,the effective of the system will be canceled. ④Control mode CtrL: (please do not set this Parameter to other value, that will caused the system fail in work )
