P L A Z A is a 24-story multi-use structure that combines residences, restaurants, offices, and

stores in the heart of the Dallas Arts District. Developed by Billingsley Company and designed by Lionel Morrison with Corgan Associates, the complex houses 61 luxury condominium residences, which start on the 18th floor of the building. One bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom residences range in size from 1,086 to 4,840 square feet and feature large terrace “rooms” that extend the living spaces even further. The expansive terraces take full advantage of the building’s spectacular views, with outdoor living spaces ranging from 270 to 1,130 square feet.

Residences are priced from $500,000 to over $4,000,000 and are reached from their own lobby, separate from that of the offices and restaurants below. Buyers may choose from over 18 floor plans - no plan is repeated more than six times in the building, so residents experience a customized quality seldom available in high-rise buildings. For example, one-level, two-level, and even three-level residences are available, all with 11-foot ceilings and 10-foot tall windows to maximize the views, natural light, and overall feeling of spaciousness. Buyers may choose from Terrace Residences that include outdoor rooms and dramatic views, Townhome Residences offering two-story and three-story floorplans, and spacious Penthouse Residences with three unique floorplans. Interior finishes, outdoor fireplaces, summer kitchens and other details vary in these homes. To complete the quality package, all residences include bulthaup kitchens with Miele and Sub-Zero appliances. TM
