Gymnastics & Tumbling Geneva Gymnastics & Tumbling Program
Our goal is to have fun in a safe environment while improving the gymnasts’ muscle development, coordination and self-esteem. All students are required to dress in appropriate leotard attire. Students may choose to be bare foot , wear white socks or gymnastics shoes. Hair must be neat and tied back. Please note our NEW locations for Tumbling classes (Geneva Community Center Junior Gym - GCC). All Gymnastics classes are held at the Geneva High School’s Gymnastics Room - GHS. (Directions to GHS- Please park on Logan Street only. Enter the school at the Olson Gymnasium entrance, turn left, then left again, and ascend up the steps to the gymnastics facility.) The parents with children who have previous experience, but are new to our program should call Kim Hostman or Beth Keen at (630) 232-4542 to schedule an evaluation. Please note students maybe moved after the first two classes if they are not in the correct Level.
Geneva Gymnastic's Team (USAG Member)
The Geneva Gymnastics starts its season in September. Level 4 and up compete in the GIJO Division. New members are always welcome. For more information on Gymnastic Team, please email our Gymnastic Director, Kim Hostman at

Junior Gym
The Junior Gym, located within the Geneva Community Center is designed for boys and girls ages one through 10. It has age appropriate Uneven Bars, Parallel Bars, Rings, Mini Tramp, and Beams just to name a few of the fun and exciting pieces of equipment. Participants will learn a variety of new gymnastics skills while having fun and getting fit. Tiny tumblers will enjoy the donut filled with balls, the parachute and many more activities. Our experienced coaching staff, fantastic equipment and affordable pricing make this the perfect class for your tiny tumbler. All of our tumbling classes are held at the Junior Gym.
Private Lessons - All Ages
Learn to perfect your pose and find a class time that fits into your schedule. Sign up with a friend for an extra fun time. Prices are per person/per hour. Gymnastics & Tumbling Go Baby Go, Tiny Toddler
This program focuses on developing gross motor skills and hand-eye hand-foot coordination. Musical warm ups are followed by obstacle courses throughout the gym using various pieces of apparatus. This reinforces listening skills and familiarizes children with equipment. Skills include basic rolling, climbing, jumping and tumbling exercises to develop strength, and balance.
Tots Tumbling, Tot, Tiny Tykes
This program focuses on advancing a child’s gross motor skills while perfecting basic tumbling skills. The majority of time will be spent on the Floor Exercise working on basic gymnastic skills and body positions. Skills include cartwheels, forward and backward rolls, headstands and handstands. The students will also be introduced to basic gymnastic skills on other apparatus. This program allows each child to progress at his or her own pace in a warm, friendly, fun environment.
Girls Level 1, Elite Petites, Gym Bears
This program covers basic instruction on all Olympic events. Classes are designed to develop basic coordination, flexibility, strength, and to provide the physical exercise that all children need in their daily lives.
Home School Gymnastics
Specifically designed for those who are homeschooled. Work coordination,flexibility, strength and get physically fit all in our Jr. gym!
Little Pros- Ages 3 & 4
This fun class is for little boys with prior tumbling experience. Balance, stregnth and large motor skills will be taught.
Tumbling Tigers for Boys 1 & 2
This class is a great way for boys to learn the sport of gymnastics. Concentration will be on strength, coordination and basic gymnastics
Sports Conditioning Class
This program is for all athletes, regardless of what sport they participate in. This class will offer activities specifically designed to help with strength, flexibility, speed and agility. It is offered for boys and girls of any level wishing to grab that extra advantage in the off season.
Flip Flop Shop 1
Open to all! If you have always wanted to learn a Back Handspring (AKA Flip Flop) this is the class for you! This class is designed with many drills and proper technique to master this highly sought after skill!

Girls Level 3 Eagles Team
This program will begin to focus on more specific gymnastic skills on all Olympic events. An emphasis will be placed on correct use of the equipment and safety in the gym. GIRLS EVENTS: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor. BOYS EVENTS: Floor, Horse, Rings, Vault, Parallel Bars, and High Bar. This class is for 3 - 7 year old girls, chosen for their body type, strength, flexibility and enthusiasm for the sport of gymnastics. By attending class two times per week, they will have the opportunity to perform the repetitions necessary for learning more advanced skills. The emphasis of this program will be on strength, flexibility and mastering a solid foundation of basic gymnastics skills. GIRLS EVENTS: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor. (Girls Ages 3 - 7 years old) (Invitation Only) ~ Two days per week required (Prerequisite: Instructors recommendation required)
This program will begin to focus on more difficult gymnastics and strength skills. Students will begin to work on combinations of skills that will eventually be put into routines at Level 3. Prerequisite: Proficiency at all level 1 skills & Coaches recommendation required This program is designed for those students who are ready to perform more difficult, higher level gymnastics skills. Skills include, back handspring on floor, glide kip on bars, handspring vault, and cartwheels on the high beam. Prerequisite: Proficiency at all level 2 skills & Coaches recommendation required
