Guided Southern Africa 2016
Supporting Rhino Conservation with your help... This year we have introduced an initiative to support rhino conservation through our Guided Tours. For each guest booked on our long distance tours we will make a donation to one of the following rhino conservation charities: Creating awareness in the fight against rhino poaching:
Chipembere Rhino Foundation The Chipembere Rhino Foundation, based in the Eastern Cape, comprises a dedicated team of conservation specialists committed to assisting in the protection and conservation of Africa’s rhino. It was established in November 2010 after Amakhala Game Reserve lost two white rhino bulls in one night to poaching.
The Next Generation Conservation Trust Namibia This is one of the most ambitious efforts in the war on rhino and elephant poaching in Namibia. Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) are deployed in problem areas and either stay in the vicinity of protected animals to detect poachers in the area, or patrol conservancies and reserves to detect potential poachers - day and night.
Stay updated with our GUided tours online. All our Southern African Guided Tours and Day Tours are available online, where we feature not only our classic brochured tours but also a wide range of seasonal or ad hoc Guided Tours, updated on an ongoing basis and all offering an unparalleled African travel experience.
