Options available across all devices Accessories and Upgrades We offer a whole range of accessories for mobile devices to ensure you get the most out of your purchase. From protective cases, to power adapters and batteries, earphones, headphones, keyboards, charging units, adapters to connect your device up to all sorts of displays and projectors, we have it all. There are new accessories appearing on the market all the time and we keep our ears close to the ground to make sure we can supply them for you. If you are looking for a device with additional storage or extra functionality such as cellular connectivity then we can offer these too.

Leasing XMA can provide a 2 year operating lease option for all devices, including accessories. With an operating lease you pay a consistent lease amount across 24 months and have various options available at the end of the period - you can buy the equipment at a Fair Market Value, return the equipment or extend the contract. The lease option includes insurance against accidental damage and theft.

Insurance When purchasing devices outright, XMA can provide options for accidental damage and theft insurance. The cover offered has no excess and the device is covered while at home and even on holiday.

Warranty Extension Every device offered on the framework includes a 2 year collect and return warranty, all administered by XMA via our helpline and online framework portal. XMA can extend the term of the warranty to 3 or 4 years and provide onsite options. Where data security is especially important we can provide options that allow you to retain the storage from a faulty device or have us destroy it onsite.

Services XMA can offer a number of services to assist in the deployment of mobile devices in your organisation. We can asset tag or laser etch your devices with text and your institution’s logo, pre-configure your devices with applications and settings and store your device in our bonded warehouse for staged rollouts.

Mobile Device Management XMA can advise you on the most appropriate management solution for your organisation. We work with a number of Mobile Device Management partners who offer management across all major mobile platforms and have both hosted and on site options.
