Master Planning Experience HDR has completed 30 AE master planning IDIQ contracts with the National Guard, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC), U.S. Air Force and other federal agencies, and currently holds multiple prime IDIQ contracts for facilities master planning, asset management and GIS services that cover the globe.
