Initial compensation: PhD degree considered equivalent to MS degree with 3-4 years

- developing new (non academic) skills, particularly soft ones (communication, negotiations etc.) - accelerating integration in teams/centers - strengthening project management in industrial environment (time/money/ - alignment (business model, vision, mission)
