1 5L “Call of the Wild:The Great Northwest” Bottle Another Jungle Party tradition continues! For the 11th year in a row, you have the opportunity to bid on a beautiful, etched wine bottle commemorating Jungle Party. This year’s 5L bottle is Chateau Ste. Michelle’s Ethos Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. Chateau St. Michelle’s Reserve wines are crafted to represent the best of a varietal, produced in extremely limited quantities representing no more than 1% of a vintage. The best vineyards are identified based on their quality history, then farmed within winemaker specifications to ensure the best fruit possible from each site. The goal of Ethos Cabernet is to showcase the power and richness of Washington fruit combined with Old World elegance. A majority of the fruit comes from Ste. Michelle’s 40-year-old Cold Creek Vineyard, which provides the wine’s power and structure. This is the most complex of the Chateau’s Cabernets and offers layers of ripe blueberry fruit with silky tannins. This etched and hand-painted 5L bottle was created exclusively for Woodland Park Zoo’s 40th Jungle Party, “Call of the Wild:The Great Northwest.” THANK YOU: CHATEAU STE. MICHELLE VALUE: $800

7 Grizzly V Painting by Justin Kane Elder Using simple geometric shapes to create vividly colorful pop portraiture, Everett born artist Justin Kane Elder creates depth by assembling countless individually colored pieces into complex oversize compositions. Justin created this stunning grizzly bear portrait specifically for Woodland Park Zoo’s 40th annual Jungle Party to honor grizzly bears, which are majestic symbols of the wild. Bears live in and use a variety of habitat types, playing important roles in each one. This makes them an “umbrella species,” meaning that when we protect them and their habitats, we also protect many other species. This portrait will add personality and color to any room in your home and is sure to be a piece you will always treasure. THANK YOU: JUSTIN KANE ELDER VALUE: ROAR!
