Printing Along with the graphic design work, we have also sourced quality print shops nationwide that will get your printing job done professionally and quickly. Whether you need to print 1,000 or 10,000 copies; you will save time and money in the process! Payments may be paid in full upfront. We also offer two payment plan options, allowing you to pay 1/2 or 1/3 upfront. If a payment plan option is selected, a minimum of a 5% surcharge is applied, and you authorize us to debit your account for the remaining balance upon completion of your service order, or in 30 days, whichever may be sooner.

FAQ Q. What is the process? A. After you sign up for the service, we email you an order confirmation & service agreement. After you acknowledge this, we will forward you another email providing you access to our client only web tools with samples and a short questionnaire. This online questionnaire is very brief, and once it is submitted to us we will call you within 48 hours to set up a conference call with your service consultant. During this call the consultant will confirm information, ask you questions, answer any of your questions and begin to work on your project. Usually, work is completed within 10-15 days after this call. Q. Does your pricing include printing? A. No, our base pricing only includes the design work. However, we do work with several national printing companies that provide affordable pricing and will ship your printed material directly to you. If you choose this option, your service consultant will send you several quantity options along with shipping charges to choose from. Q. Is printing something I can do on my own? A. Yes, however print shops require different "bleed" DPI and formats not commonly known to someone not involved with graphic design. Because of these challenges, most clients prefer us to source out the job to a professional printer. Q. What if I do not like the printed results? A. Because this is a third party provider we cannot guarantee the final results, however you will have the opportunity to poof the artwork from us and also with the print shop. Once you approve the layout most printers consider that the final step, any issues at that point are subject to their terms and conditions. Q. Do you use templates? A. Most of our work is custom built to client specs, however in some cases, for budget reasons, we may suggest a theme design that can be customized at an affordable price. Q. What types of graphic design work do you do? A. We can do a variety of graphic design work for any budget. Some examples of this include: business cards, stationary, tri-fold brochures, flyers, print and online ads, wall banners, tradeshow banners, signage, tradeshow popup banners and more. Q. Am I able to make revisions to my design? A. Most clients provide us with some text and general information about what they want. The designer will select appropriate pictures, colors and layouts. Once a sample is created, the designer will forward a copy to you for approval or revisions. It is very common that a revision or two will happen before the client is satisfied. Please keep in mind that art is very subjective and each service comes with limited revisions. While we always want to go the extra mile for the client, in some cases it may be necessary to add additional revision hours to a given project. Q. What is your experience with graphic design? A. We have been providing this service for over 5 years. We have all the tools, experienced graphic design professionals, and we are capable of producing high quality designs that meet client specifications. 99% of client are happy with the value pricing and service, however for some clients it may be a good idea to add additional revision time to view additional drafts, samples or revisions.
