ACCESS TO TARIFF INFORMATION

A. Tariff Subscription Fee, which includes corrections, supplements, amendments and/or reissues, is $850.00 per year or part thereof for printed copies. Remittance must accompany all requests for initial copy of tariff. Payment of subscription renewal is due each January 1, for the ensuing calendar year. Copies may be obtained from the carrier home office shown in carrier's organization record. B. Carrier does not provide copies of this tariff, nor access to it by electronic mode. Should interested parties desire electronic copies or electronic access to this tariff contact the tariff publisher named in the Tariff Record. The charges for this service will be determined by the publisher according to the type of service requested. C. In case of emergency access necessitated by unavailability of the Federal Maritime Commission System: 1. The carrier will provide printed copies of the tariff available to non-subscribers at $50.00 per request plus $2.50 per page for copies. 2. For electronic access contact the tariff publisher named in the Tariff Record for access to or copies of this tariff. The publisher will Advise of charges applicable to the type of access or electronic duplication inquirer needs.
GOVERNING LAW The terms and conditions under which goods are held, and under which services hereunder are performed, are governed by the laws of the state in which the terminal is located and the general maritime law of the United States, whichever is properly applicable thereto.
