Dynamic Focus Cutting Head Raytools Cutting Head from Switzerland

Laser beam is delivered to cutting head by original optical fiber cable Fiber cable is fixed to cutting head via QBH plug, realize easy plug in pull out of fiber cable. Laser beam goes through collimation lens to be aligned and achieve a better laser beam shape and quality Laser beam finds its focus via focusing lens unit. Protection lens prevents focus lens from cutting sprays and particle during cutting process. Height adjustment is a sensor unit inside cutting head; it can adjust height of laser cutting head automatically with high precision providing best cutting quality. Ceramic ring protects cutting head.

Software and Height Adjustment System Communicate via net cable Unique network communication interface, enabling height automated tracking, continuous perforation progression, automatic boundary function, fly cutting function, all design to improve your cutting result. BCS100 uses discrete capacitors for high-performance capacitive height controller.

Rigid Machine Frame 20mm thick carbon steel plate is welded together to create the machine base. The total weight of machine is 4000kg. The table can support working materials up to 500Kg. Frame is stress relieved to maintain structural alignment after machining.

Japanese YASKAWA Servo Drives and Motors (4 servo motors) control X axis, Y axis (Two) and Z axis. Complete servo drive package provides highest performance and reliability. X and Y axis uses rack and pinion system for fast, accurate and stable working performance. The double Y axis drive motor design with rack-and-pinion moving system in Y axis provides cutting with higher accuracy and stability. The max accelerating speed is 0.8. The travel speed is 60M/min.

Cooling System for Water Chiller The chiller unit cools the laser generator and laser cutting head. Keeps laser source and cutting head under constant cooling temperature. Double temperature synchronous heating and cooling system, which can be adjusted to different working environment in different working countries.

Auto Lubrication System Provides lubrication automatically to all major drive components, increasing component life and reducing maintenance effort.

Gas System SMC proportion valve can precisely control the gas flow for assist gas cutting of parts, providing consistent cut quality.

Three Gas Source and Dual-Pressure Gas Route

PC based Control with Wireless Remote PC Window based using Cypcut software with Wireless control hand-held device provides main function of operation, can operate the machine at distance up to 10 meters away. Easy and comfortable to use, remote control can increase machine performance.
