Become a SCRUMstudy Certified Trainer (SCT)

SCRUM training for several certification exams (including SMC™, SPOC™, AEC™ and ESM™) should preferably be conducted in classrooms or through virtual instructor sessions. It is important for every SCRUMstudy faculty member to be an expert in the particular SCRUMstudy certification. They also need to be very familiar with the concepts in the SBOK™ Guide. It is also important for the faculty member to be a good teacher with adequate soft skills for handling various classroom situations and for delivering consistently high quality training. Prerequisites for Becoming an Accredited SCRUMstudy Certified Trainer (SCT™) 1. Trainers need at least 2 years of relevant work experience and should be willing to share their experiences in the classes they teach. 2. They need to pass any three SCRUMstudy certification exams (out of SDC™, SMC™, AEC™, SPOC™ and ESM™), including the certification course that they wish to teach. 3. They need to be aware of the training resources available on the SCRUMstudy R.E.P. site (including videos, handbooks and recording of past training sessions). SCRUMstudy will provide substantial training resources which the R.E.P.s can customize and use in their classes. The training resources will focus more on SCRUM concepts than on how to pass SCRUMstudy certification exams. Other than the training resources available from SCRUMstudy, additional custom content may need to be developed by individual R.E.P.s or Trainers. 4. All Trainers should be associated with a SCRUMstudy R.E.P.
