HOW TO ORDER To facilitate smooth processing of your order, we require that all orders are; placed on our secure website, faxed or emailed to us on an order form with the following information:
• Sender’s Details: Company, Contact Name, Address, Phone No., Email and Purchase Order No.
• Receiver’s Details: Name, Address and Phone No. All hampers must be signed for so a business address is strongly recommended. Please ensure recipient address details are accurate and current to avoid delivery delays and extra charges. Redelivery charges of $20 per hamper will apply.
• Name of Hamper: You wish to order. • Message: To accompany the hamper.
• Delivery Date: Date required by. To allow time for delivery, please refer to delivery times shown. • Please note: We cannot guarantee specific date delivery – every attempt is made to deliver on or just before the required date.
• Method of Payment: Visa, Mastercard and Amex accepted. For large corporate orders, credit terms may be available. Fees for Amex only apply. GST included in all prices. Order payment prior to dispatch is required.
