This guide has been put together to help you make the most of Webtools. It has been written for new users and introduces the process of configuring your Webtools and adding them to your website.

1 INTRODUCTION This service enables you to add Webtools plugins to your website. There are three Webtools plugins available; Your Site Sourcing, Best Buys and Mortgage Calculators.

1.1.

Your Site Sourcing

Your Site Sourcing enables customers to search on your website for the best mortgage deals based on their requirements. They can find out more details about mortgages of interest and request more information or advice from your company.

1.2.

Best Buy tables

Best Buy tables give visitors to your site an easily accessible high-level summary of various products available for common scenarios, e.g. First Time Buyer, Buy To Let, Purchase, Remortgage. Each Best Buy table displays the top 10 products sourced according to fixed pre-configured filter settings. The tables may not relate specifically to the user’s requirements, but they give a general idea of the best products available for the various scenarios.

1.3.

Mortgage Calculators

A selection of calculators to help visitors to your site work out what they can afford and understand the impact of changes in interest rates. Our toolbox includes repayment, rate change, overpayment, reduced term and Stamp duty calculators.

2. ACCESSING THE WEBTOOLS SETUP SITE 2.1.

Logging into the Webtools configuration system (Momentum Client Management System)

Webtools are set up using the Momentum Client Management System, http://crm.trigoldcrystal.co.uk.
