A bit of extra help? Clarence Park Village has been designed on the principle that properties should be affordable to everyone whatever their financial circumstances. Apartments are offered on either a rent, 100% or shared ownership arrangement. Applications to live at the village are open to those who currently reside in or, who have a relative living in Worcestershire. Each home is subject to the following easy to manage one off monthly fee covering; Amenity Charge: Provision of all utilities to each property and village management charge under one monthly fee. This can provide significant cost savings for residents and ensures easier management of personal finances.

Service Charge: Costs associated with village operational safety, communal housekeeping and building maintenance.

You may be eligible for financial support through the Benefits system to help with the costs of care and your shared ownership or rental property. Contact us to discuss your needs.

What happens when you leave? For sales and shared ownership, the properties will be sold at the prevailing market rate to an eligible buyer, minus outstanding charges and the long term maintenance fee. Rental properties are released through our Housing Allocations team. Please speak to the Village Manager for further information.

Well Being just for you. A qualified Well Being Advisor provides useful health information and advice to residents at the convenient onsite centre. Well being advice can range from flu jabs, blood pressure monitoring and signposting for immediate medical support and intervention. Our Well Being Advisor will also organise the annual village health programme for residents with local health centres.
