These prices are effective as of April 10, 2012 and are subject to change without notice.

This list is offered to help in making the necessary financial decisions regarding funeral arrangements. Whichever type of funeral you select, it is our purpose to complete them with the utmost dignity to the deceased and concern for the survivors. The goods and services shown below are those we can provide our customers. You may choose only the items you desire. However, any funeral arrangements you select will include a charge for our basic services and overhead. If legal or other requirements mean you must buy any items you did not specifically ask for, we will explain the reason in writing on the statement we provide describing the funeral goods and services you selected.

This list may not include prices for certain items that you select, such as cemetery charges or crematory services, flowers, and newspaper notices. The estimated or final prices for those items will be shown on the itemized statement describing the funeral goods and services you selected. We charge you for our services in buying certain items.

PROFESSIONAL AND STAFF SERVICES: Basic services of funeral director and staff……………………………………………………………………………$ 3,530.00 Our basic service includes, but is not limited to, staff to respond to initial request for service with Availability on a 24-hour basis; arrangement conference with family or responsible party; preparation and filing of necessary certificates and permits; placement of obituary notices; planning funeral arrangement; and coordination of service cemetery, crematory, vault companies, and others as required. This fee for basic services and overhead will be added to the total cost of the funeral arrangements you select. (This fee is already included in our charges for direct cremations, immediate burials, and forwarding and receiving of remains.

DIRECT CREMATION: Our charge for a direct cremation includes transfer of remains to our funeral home within 50 miles of our funeral home, minimum professional services of funeral director and staff, and refrigeration. It does not include the services of staff or the use of facilities for any viewing or for any funeral rites/ceremonies or the crematory fee. If you want to arrange a direct cremation, you can use an alternative container. Alternative containers encase the body and can be made of materials like fiberboard or composition materials (with or without an outside covering). The alternative containers we provide are fiberboard material consisting of interior cardboard liner.
