Room 9 goes to a three man at 52 members Room 1 goes to a three man at 53 members Room 20 goes to a two man at 51 members

All rooms starting at the top of the order will be one under capacity which equals 31, after this two man rooms will be filled up first starting at room 9 and following down the order to room 11. After this room will be filled starting with room 6-7 and continuing all the way down to room 15. This will be 50 members. Above 50 will result in rooms 20, 9, and 1 going to maximum capacity in that order. If for any reason we have more than 53 members the Executive Board will make the final room assignments. The only exception to this rule is when two rooms of equal capacity are holding less than capacity, the next person will be assigned to a pledge room before an active room. Upon approval of the agreement the “special” rules about the capacity of 6-7 will be dissolved. If the two parties are going for the same open room, then the following rules apply: Seniority – whoever has the most semesters in the house has priority. If they are tied in semesters then it goes to a coin flip. Boarder semesters or semester away from the house do not count towards seniority, with the exception of the University co-op program. If you leave a room for any reason you give up all rights to that room. No one in a room under capacity can prohibit a person from moving in to that room without choosing an additional roommate. (i.e. If a three man room has two occupants and three people would like to move into the room, the original two occupants must either accept one of those people or find a roommate of their own choosing. If the two occupants refuse to take on another roommate they forfeit all rights to the room).
